Very convenient location and a delightful residence. Richard, the owner, and his dog, Sandy are fantastic hosts. Would definitely return and recommend!!

The host, Richard, was extremely pleasant and made us feel very welcome. He followed all proper protocols for social distancing, whilst making us feel very welcome and at home. The home is gorgeous, the bedroom was spacious, charming, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay. The breakfast, in in the formal dining room, was an amazing experience, and absolutely delicious. His very large dog, Sandy, was also very friendly.

We have traveled to different places in Canada, and this has been the most special experience, thanks for every detail, guiding us, kindness and sympathy. I recommend the place 100% breakfast, Richard makes delicious croissants and serves breakfast with great care, cleanliness great and Sandy is wonderful, I love them.

What an amazing stay we had with Richard during our visit to Ottawa. This B&B is set in a beautifully restored 100+ year old Victorian home in the heart of downtown, within minutes of walking to the Byward market, Parliament Hill, museums, restaurants, U Ottawa campus, etc. Our room was set on the second floor with a beautiful balcony to sit on and enjoy a glass of wine and some sun shine.Richard was a fantastic host with great local knowledge and went the extra mile making sure we had a good stay in Ottawa in sharing his local knowledge. Upon our arrival he had a printed map of Ottawa ready for us and show us the best routes for where we needed to go as well as great suggestions on local sights to visit. Breakfast was great and always on time!Honestly I don't know why you would stay anywhere else! The value was remarkable and we can't wait to return on our next trip to Ottawa!

A great B&B. The breakfast was amazing. Just be warned that the owner has a dog so if you don't like dogs this may not be the place for you.

From the moment I arrived, I was enthralled by the beautiful garden overlooking King Edward. The architecture and interior design of the BNB was amazing, and it was truly an experience. Richard was a pleasant and easy going host and made our stay one to remember. They can cook a mean breakfast too!Last but not least, Sandy was a doll and made us feel all the more welcome.
