Vince and Richard were great to deal with when buying our home. They were professional and responsive. Richard, the builder/site supervisor has always been around and available for any questions or concerns. We had a few warranty items on our 1-year and they were swiftly remedied.

Home building at its finest! Quality is second to none! Construction sites are always clean and professional-looking with building materials stacked nicely barely ever blocking the streets. Rockwood Homes uses some of the best contractors and tradespeople around with particular attention to their Electricians and Brick Layers. If you are in the market for a new home you cant go wrong with the team at Rockwood Homes.

Decent quality of the house. But, horrendous paint job. No sanding was done whatsoever, brush marks everywhere, corners are horrible and to make it worse, looks like only 1 coat of paint was applied.
