Came and did foundation digging, membrane and weeping tile flushing. Very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Used digging equipment but left no negative trace on the yard. Spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem even at the quote stage. Highly recommended.

We had a major foundation crack that caused a flood in our basement. We contacted many companies and there were many empty promises, until we contacted Chuck and his team. He was very busy, but still came to inspect, gave us an accurate date and completed the job! He fixed the issue from the outside for best results! Chuck and his team were quick, efficient and left with no mess! We do notice a new one forming in another area, so we will keep an eye out and contact Chuck again! Thank you!!!

I put out requests to several places for an emergency foundation repair. City Residential responded right away, the only one who did unfortunately. I cannot compare their price as it was the only quote I received but we were very happy with the work. He was on time, responsive, fair, honest. His quote was bang on, no surprises or extra fees.

We called Chuck after having a small leak caused by the Hydrostatic pressure do to our sump pump basin being clogged over the New Years weekend. The original appointment with him was booked for the next day. But after I sent him some pictures he decided to come to our house immediately. He walked me through some troubleshooting of the problem and stayed with me while I did the work. After the situation was resolved he did not want to accept any payment for his time. He even text me later that night and the next day to see how things were going. I highly recommend Chuck and his company not only for his knowledge of Foundations but for the above and beyond service. A++++
