I was just involuntarily transferred to this company because of a merger. Absolute atrocious customer service. Getting an issue with billing or something of the sort will take multiple calls and waste much of your precious time. Keep shopping for an internet provider, there are better deals out there. I will not be staying with them.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with the customer service team at Altima Telecom. My call was answered by a representative who sounded completely disinterested in helping me with my issue. Despite my repeated attempts to explain my problem, the representative seemed to be reading from a script and didn't seem to understand the issue at hand.To make matters worse, when I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was put on hold for an unreasonable amount of time, and they never came.The worst part of the whole ordeal was that my issue was never resolved, and I was left feeling frustrated and powerless. I would strongly advise anyone considering using Altima Telecom to think twice, as their customer service is completely unhelpful and unresponsive

Simply, they are Professional deceivers.Bad Internet cable services, consistent daily disconnection and interruptions that require a manual reboot, I am talking 10s of times a day. Customer service is NOT available after you sign on, good luck getting the phone answered, and your emails ignored. Tech support is simply useless then no answers at all. They fully ignore emails and phones! Avoid this company.I cancelled and requested a refund by issuing a complaint to CCTS and BBB. So, they accepted to refund me by an e-transfer email but in order to receive the e-transfer email they and sent me links to click on to confirm my acceptance, which was leading to give them authorizing my bank account!I reported these emails and links to both my Bank and the RCMP reporting a scam.Watch it!

Too bad company and service very badAll the departments in the company do not know where the fault is. They tell me that you have internet. He called me maintenance service and sent me a message to open the camera to reveal the fault. Then he told me everything is fine and tomorrow . The service will reach you. Until now, I do not have internet.

If I can put -100000, I would've done it without any regret, cuz this company is the worst ever, their internet is so terrible. We've been dealing with them for 5 years and giving them a lots of chances but apparently they don't deserve any chance. Luckily, we're done with them and theirs services. If you're wasting your money for the internet, do it in a good company but not this one.

We were told on the website, and over the phone our area had internet connection so we went ahead and ordered our Internet package and equipment. We got a call a few days after to say our area actually does not have coverage and they are unable to provide us service. Their website continues to advertise that they provide Internet in our location.

This company is the worst. They disconnected my home internet service for no reason, i had to call them 10 times and every time they pass me to another person or technical support from bell and even them they didn't have any idea why my service was disconnected. Its been almost a week we dont have internet at home and it cost me alot for my mobile internet usage. From the first date they told me that they will reconnect my service by the end of dat the same date, but still no service after almostva week. They said they will follow up and keep me posted, but no one cared to call. I work from home and internet is essential for my job. If you want to have the worst service that costs you tooo much, chose altima telecom.

DEFINITELY AVOID! Cheap prices might lure you in, but you pay for it mentally.1. Moving services - Altima changed my moved date and cancelled tech install without my knowledge, ended up 2 weeks with no internet at my new place (and I was WFH). Had to discuss/battle with the supervisor for service for over a month with numerous calls - no sympathy whatsoever or explanation on why this happened.2. I've had Altima <2 years - had to change routers about 3 times (2x in 6 months) and technicians checked the line twice. However, internet has been intermittent STILL almost EVERY DAY, disrupting meetings, work, leisure etc.- Talking to customer/ technical support is absolutely pointless. They never write notes so you have to tell them the situation every single time you call in...even when you are transferred between departments. They struggle to give you a credit for the days w/ intermittent internet and mix and match policies that benefit themselves only.- Talking to support or supervisors is a big power battle, they are always trying talk over you and they say the same thing x10. It is impossible to be heard and get a resolution.
