I wasn’t sure what to expect as I had never heard of this company until I had to go through insurance because I lost the diamond in my engagement ring. I was so very impressed and pleased with my experience. All the staff are so kind and friendly but Yahir was by far the most incredible to work with! He absolutely went above and beyond to recreate my ring and it’s stunning. They were professional but the quality of my ring and diamond in particular is spectacular. They made my ring as a near replica of my original but the quality is a vast improvement. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a custom piece. They also offered to take my wedding bands and make them look like new. I couldn’t be happier. They know jewelry!!!

I have used Executive Diamonds for my jewelry repairs many times over the years and they have always exceeded my expectations.This last time was absolutely stellar. I brought in an heirloom ring that meant a great deal to me and needed significant repairs. Well, to say they met the challenge is an understatement. It was rebuilt so that it still maintains the look and integrity of the original heirloom ring but is so much stronger and will last for many more years to come!! Thank you!

I used Executive Diamonds for an insurance claim and I was extremely impressed by the great communication with rep Megan. She answered all my questions thoroughly and assured me that the utmost care would be taken from start to finish. My engagement ring diamond replacement was stunning and my entire ring set had been polished up … looked totally brand new. Even the packaging upon return to me was impeccable and showed that the company takes great pride in their service that was provided to me. Thanks again for everything.

Selena was amazing! My partner had lost her engagement ring, which you can imagine to be very devastating. We were referred to Executive Diamond Services by our insurance provider and it was such a pleasure to work with them. Selena who was our contact was very good, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She made a terrible situation into a great situation. She was able to replicate the engagement exactly as the original and maybe a touch better. Would definitely recommend Executive Diamond Services. Their service and quality is amazing!

I had so much fun working with Amanda on reimagining my ring! I wanted something modern that reflected my style. I had the emerald cut diamonds but we added the black diamonds to achieve that modern edge. From start to finish, I enjoyed my experience working with Amanda and Executive Diamond Services. My mother passed away and I had a ring she gave me long ago that I had lost the small ruby out of. Lorraine helped me and gave me some choices for stones. She made the whole experience amazing, taking my small ring and treating it like it was the Crown jewels. The work done is incredible, it looks even prettier that when Mom first gave I to me. I would trust this company with anything. Will be recommending them to everyone and will use them again in the future. Thanks Lorraine for being so kind during such an emotional time. I was encouraged to use EDS after losing my engagement ring and made an insurance claim. Wanting to do my own vendor research before just going with whomever my insurance company recommended, I contacted 2 other local jewelers for quotes and EDS still was better pricing than the others for an even bigger & better quality diamond the others were quoting and my original.Not only was the pricing unbeatable but the customer service I received from Amanda was beyond what I was expecting. She was extremely responsive and ensured I was getting the best ring possible and in general was so lovely to work with. Once I had made my final decision the ring, it was at my door in Edmonton in less than 2 weeks!I really wish I had known about EDS before the original was bought from an overpriced online retailer. I 1000% recommend using EDS and will myself again when I design my wedding band.Thank you again so much Amanda for the wonderful service and turning loosing my precious engagement ring into a positive experience.
