Wanted to say a huge thanks to Casey, Travis and their team for some recent work completed in central Alberta. Had several companies tell us this job was impossible and the boys at High Country knocked it out of the park. Larry at High Country Vac was incredible! He was friendly and professional, and when he noticed an issue with my septic tank/field, he took videos and photos and sent it off to local companies to ask their opinion. The other company was out at my house within the hour to help. I’m so pleased with the service - he went above and beyond. I will definitely use this company again in the future and 100% recommend them

Woke up to pumps blaring (I slept in that’s in me) then went outside to try to escape the noise only to see my vehicle blocked in by two trucks, I called and spoke to Brian in dispatching and he said, and I quote, “they’re working”. I live in a condo and there was no notice to any residents about work being done today so we could make proper preparations as our condos has very little paved space to maneuver in regularly.
