Fantastic and fast service, very knowledgeable, and very reasonable pricing. They never try to upsell you on things you don't need. I'm very glad this is my neighbourhood shop (though still sad that the shop dog doesn't like me)

Been wanting a new bike for several years shopped around a few shops on the island but never felt comfortable with the service until I visited Maglia Rosa. I’m new to the sport. I was properly educated and informed on what I was looking for in a bike. I feel like I made the right choice in my purchase great experience and Exceptional service.

It's easy to book an appointment. They are thorough when you go for your evaluation and let you know everything they can do for your bike and the price. Bilingual

If i could give 0 star I would be really glad to do so, unfortunately it’s not possible.MagliaRosa, honestly the worse cycling service I’ve ever had considering all cycling stores I’ve been in Canada and Italy.The work done on the bike was extremely superficial, they replaced the fork and rear inner tube.After 15min riding I almost felt of the bike because the fork was moving WHILE riding, the head spacers were moving and the fork too. On top of this, going back home I started hearing some noise and you know what? the quick release of the front wheel, the one they removed to replace the fork, was almost loose as well almost causing a crash on the road, I needed to stop and fix that too.Now..I understand this time can be busy and chaotic for anyone, It is UNACCEPTABLE to be so unprofessional and superficial making such mistakes with the possibility to cause tremendous consequences to your clients. As of today after talking with the owner of MagliaRosa, Yannick, I haven’t received apologies neither a refund. If this would happened descending a hill now would be a different story...Communication with the client is completely absent and totally disrespectful, the day I was supposed to get the bike, it ends up at 8pm after me asking for news and waiting for the bike for several hours, that the guy responsible to deliver the bike went home, so I will get the bike the day after. No communication from MagliaRosa whatsoever about the bike not delivered. So, after 3 weeks I get the bike with a different inner tube from the one I specifically asked. It ends up the staff made a mistake with the order, they installed a different inner tube without even letting me know if i agree with it, basically i had to pay for something i never asked for, unless i wanted to wait at least other 2 weeks for the correct order to arrive.This is the worse experience i’ve ever had and I can guarantee I will never go back in this store.Don’t forget to check your tyre pressure when you receive your bike from MagliaRosa because apparently even though it should be normal for a cycling store with repair service, they don’t do that either.

Highly recommend this shop. Their attention to detail is impressive. Whether you need a new bell for you daily commuter or you’re building the bike of your dreams, just come in. They will get you sorted.The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and the coffee is great too. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Great shop with super friendly staff. Had plenty of items I needed in stock and they were able to fix my front disc brake pads same day. Would definitely visit this shop again!P.S. Turns out I really was missing a rubber piece lol

I came by the shop today. It was the same friendly staff since day 1. Coffee, dog, bikes, amazing people, what else can you ask for? Always had a great service with them since their begging in 2013. Love the new shop. Cheers :) !

Based on my experience the best bike shop in Montreal.Staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Prices are fair.I very liked the ambience and they fixed my wheel instead of selling me a new one :)
