Customer Service is here is secondary. You are ignored even when directly on from of the customer service desk. I get agents may be finishing a task but when they don’t even acknowledge your presence, nor say hello, you feel like you’re disturbing them.My experience with this place has always been disappointing.

Everyone we spoke to was incredibly polite from sales, to financing, to delivery - all steps were smooth. Our salesman, Stephane, took all the time we needed to answer all of our questions and even followed up post-delivery to ensure my satisfaction. DONT BUY CARBased on today true events. We bought a car from here and like we saw the car price on the site that is 30k and we like call them they said it will be 30k then we give a deposit for the car after that they said the car will be of 31k if you wanna buy or buy otherwise leave it and then we bought the car. The car has lot of scratches around the body, breaks are rusted and then we said we need to repair them then their manager and salesperson says dont take the car leave it here.

I have bought 2022 New Tiguan and it was wonderful experience!! For more than 2 months, I have visited so many dealer shops and have met so many dealers, but I can say Complexe Volkswagen 440 is the best dealer shop ever! Mathieu, Audreane, Serge, Stephane, Hugo, Marc! I really want to write down how kind they were in detail but I don't have enough English skill for it. They were super kind, whenever I had a problem they did their best to help me out. Especially, Mathieu and Audreane!! I felt they were doing their best to make me and my wife satisfied, not to sell a car. I definately recommand this dealer shop!!!
