Great Customer Service, but more importantly the product makes traveling with your dog whether car or plane MUCH MUCH safer. Use it every day. nothing but good things. worth the money!

Great product, HORRIBLE customer service. Pray nothing breaks on your Winger. Phil will answer your call and then give you the run around trying to get you to pay for parts supposedly “covered” by the warranty. The wiring harness and servo are the Achilles’ tendon of the winger. If they fail in 6 months you must pay for a new one and then send in the broke one to be “refunded.” Except they will say they never received it thus making you pay for these faulty parts. If you call and Phil answers I would just hang up and call again the next day. The rest of the winger team is very helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately Phil is in charge of customer service.

I'm a repeat customer for Zinger's drain thru crate flooring. It's sturdy, comfortable for your dog, and works brilliantly to keep your dog clean in her crate.My Great Pyrenees show dog usually waits in her crate between show grooming and going into the ring. She used to frequently spill water from her bowl onto the crate floor, and make a mess of her chest and legs immediately before going into the ring. The drain through crate flooring solves the problem -- now, she can drink when she's thirsty without any spillage wetting down her fluffy white coat.Thanks for a great product!

This is without a doubt one awesome crate. I have a young Belgian Malinois who managed to escape from two prior crates, both very popular brands, but is stymied by the Deluxe 4500. He finally gave up trying to eat his new, temporary home, and now just settles right in. Granted it's pricey, but you pay for what you get, and what I got was a dog crate that will last years and years. It is lightweight, and secure, as well as relatively attractive for a dog crate, at least people who see it are quite impressed. Although he has tried, my guy hasn't been able to make a dent in it, literally. You will need a helper for assembly, which isn't difficult at all, but you need assistance tightening screws and bolts. In conclusion I highly recommend this company and this product.

Thank you SO much to Zinger Sport Dog Gear, and to Philip for accommodating the pickup of a crate on a weekend. Their customer service is beyond what I expected. Philip was extremely helpful! My dog will be comfortable and happy in her new Zinger 5000 crate. I will definitely return for further accessories, and another crate in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a crate in the future.
