My wife and I have been treated by Dr. Patrick Roy for 30 years. Regrettably he had to take his pension, but I am very happy for him.Today, Nov 28, 2018 I took a chance and was treated by his son , Charles. Like they say like father like son." After being traumatized by other dentists in the city, I decided to go to Roy Dental and I'm very glad I did. I saw Dr. Roufaiel for a couple of fillings today and he and his assistant were wonderful. They knew I had major anxiety about the drilling from past experiences and being hard to freeze, and they took their time with the freezing, let it work and were very patient. I've also had a Hygiene appt there and that was also great. Highly recommended this office.

I just wanna take some time of my day to write this review because I am so happy and thankful!  I usually dont write reviews but this one is worth it. First of all I'd like to thank all staff in this workplace you guys are amazing. I loved your service & it seems like you guys really care about your clients!! I'd like to give a special thank you to Roxanne. She literally saved me and gave me the best advice for my teeth and maintenance in the future. What a great team. I will be coming back. Thank you guys very much.

Dr Charles and Patrick are always available and very friendly. I have been going to the clinic for almost twenty years, I have always been happy with the service provided. My children love to have their teeth cleaned by the very patient and competent igienists!

Extremely satisfied with the services provided. Friendly and courteous staff who put me at ease. I am always happy with the manner which Dr. Charles Roy and Dr. M Rafueal and the dental hygienist provided me with information at every step of the way as they work on my teeth. I was highly satisfied at the way they were able to squeeze me in at short notice for an emergency broken crown. The staff at the desk are knowledgeable and very efficient.Great teamwork in a very modern pleasant looking office.I have been with Roy Dental ever since Dr. Patrick Roy opened his office some 30 or 40 years ago That should speak volume for a highly recommended service. Update * doctor Roy has contacted me and we've resolved the issue.I've been seeing Dr. Roy for a few years now and he is definetely an excellent dentist. Without question. And the front desk, especially Emma has always been excellent. That being said I've had many issues with billing over the years. And not being consulted with over my care. From being fitted for a night guard I had already turned down. To be charged for fillings I was never told I was recieving. It seemed every time I went in for one filling I'd be charged for 2 or 3. Also needing to pay for cleanings as they booked me at 6 months instead of 9 even when I was very specific that I only recieved coverage for every 9. I asked questions over the years but, as it was almost always covered by insurance it didn't seem worth being that" patient over. And I was always happy with the work.Recently however I recieved a call letting me know I owed 400$ for fillings I had way back in January. When I asked why I was charged for 4 when I'd gone in for 1 she told me only Dr. Roy could answer that for me. I asked her to please have him call me as I wasn't going to pay for services I never consented to having done. It has been over a month and I haven't heard from him. I have cancelled all of my families appointments and am unfortunately looking for a new dentist at this point."

I love this place! The staff are incredibly friendly, making any procedure less intimidating. Dr. Roy and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and provide excellent service. I highly recommend Roy Dental if you are looking for a new dentist.

Bernie Baker was very satisfied with his cleaning treatment. Re myself (Jill,) I was dissatisfied. After 30 years of having my teeth cleaned with you, I was surprised to be met with a blood pressure cuff and a refusal to be treated. For the record, I take my blood pressure on a regular basis and it is always within limits. If it is not, I will check with my doc.I also monitor my heart with the Kardia app. I really do not like the idea of having to ask my busy doctor to give permission for me to have my teeth cleaned!!!!! I checked online with the Institute of hygienists and find that taking blood pressure is not mandatory - just useful in establishing basic health info; I think after 30 or so years, my health record should be fairly well established. In fairness, I have always been more than well taken care of by your office. I just don’t like this new policy of appointments being carried out only if the BP reading suits.

I highly recommend Roy Dental! The staff are always very friendly, very knowledgeable and go out of their way to make you feel at home. It's a bilingual office which is a big bonus. I have been going there for cleanings and any dental issues for 15 + years, and got a dental cleaning last week which was the best one I have ever had!
