The selection of eyewear was extensive, with options to suit a wide range of styles and budgets. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service, taking the time to understand my vision needs and help me select the perfect pair of glasses. I was impressed with their expertise and attention to detail throughout the entire process, from the eye exam to the fitting of my new glasses. First time at the store and Rahim went above and beyond for assisting us with our needs. My kids and husband was so happy on our way home for getting high-quality glasses!The store itself (though as not as big as others) surprisingly offers a lot more good choices of frames and designs. The staffs are friendly, accomodating and knowledgeable. A superb experience!

Not Treaty friendly. Have no clue how to deal with Treaty status Indigenous people looking for new glasses. Thought they have to register with Treaty 7 which led me to this conclusion that they have no idea what they're doing when it comes to Status Cards and Indigenous people wanting new glasses. If you operate a business like this, then you educate yourselves on Treaty glasses. Denying an Indigenous person service in this country is a violation of the treaties in place.

Great store layout and plenty of selection. Very welcoming staff. Especially Angelika, who is very professional and knowledgeable about her work. She managed to find glasses that would suit my needs and to my liking. She was able to direct bill to my insurance which made the process hassle-free.

I was looking to get a new pair of eyeglasses and my friend recommended me to Luxor.I went there and I started to look into getting Cartier eyeglasses, the selection was amazing to choose from and the customer service was impeccable for everything they did. Would recommend everyone to come to Luxor optical!!
