Diamond Parking

I parked in one of their lots and went over my 15 minute parking by 2 minutes because the store I was in had a long line up and I was issued a ticket. They literally have employees waiting in the parking lot waiting to fine you as soon as you go a minute or two over your time. When I try to go dispute my ticket on their website it doesn't show up. So I went to the pay my ticket option and my ticket still didn't show up. When I tried calling I got stuck on hold for 20 minutes and ended up hanging up. This company is ripping people off for no reason during a looming recession. There is no other way to contact them about the ticket other than calling and who has time to sit on hold all day. Will never park in a Diamond Parking lot again and wouldn't recommend anyone else to because they are just going to try to rip you off.

What an absolute joke of a business. This has become about money-making only, not even parking lot control. Charging $86 for a ticket to a single Mom that is dragging around two children alone and getting shopping done is low. Very low. I've lived in this area for a while now and have NEVER seen this parking lot full or even close to it. Charging for a busy Mom because she takes longer than 2 hrs to get all shopping done is just dirty business, especially because there is no reason to regulate this lot OTHER than to make your family owned business" richer. It's business like this that makes our world worse

Horrendous fines with no contact phone number listed to discuss ticket after I tried to pay and the ticket was not listed on their website, then they levied me with a late payment fee after I tried to pay on time. Absurd business model with completely out of line ticket fines for Steveston (e.g. $80 for regular ticket and $126 for late fine). All of this was after I paid more than $10 for parking for 2 hours and they ticketed minutes after it expired.Do not park in their lots.

DON'T PAY PRIVATE PARKING TICKETS THEY CANT DO MUCH BUT SEND TO COLLECTIONS. ONLY PAY TICKETS ISSUED BY THE CITY. THIS COMPANY WILL ALSO CHALK YOUR TIRE THEN IMMEDIATELY TICKET YOU.

THIS COMPANY ARE THIEVES I came to Marybrown to get a burger with my wife and my mother in law we spend like 28 minutes eating and when I came out I had an $85 dollar ticket saying I exceeded the 3 hours time like bro what. I get everyone is going through hard times right now but find another way to make money instead of trying to rip of other ppls money and let’s not even talk about customers service HORRIBLE this whole company is a JOKE

POV: You can get your tickets cancelled if you know someone 'inside' otherwise be ready pay the full amount as your violation is valid and other person's is not. Sadly, this is how it works.I wish I could give lower possible stars, ridiculously high prices for the parking ticket. Easiest way to rip people off, I do not understand the point of having the option to appeal when you do not give any consideration to the information being provided to you. All the circumstances were provided explaining the events of the car being parked over the time limit but they simply do not care to understand. At least reduce the fine if you cannot take it off completely. Just remove the appeal section guys, its useless for your company as I believe no one hardly reads the appeals. Plus, FYI, I never received my first ticket. However, when I got second one, I realized that there was one more in the system. I see many other customers have complained of the same. What a coincidence! Had I known of the first parking ticket, I'd have never parked there again and would have paid $86. Why should I have to pay for the notice that I never received? If it would have been delays by 10 days you would have asked $120. Wow!

They will Steal your money because it's as easy as writing some characters on a piece of paper.

stop calling my work harassing me for that one parking ticket I owe. I got broken into on the same day. Don't park here.
