Nice Coquitlam Pop Patio area with Djs playing great music. Lots of fun for the kids to play and picnic tables to relax.Food court however is still under construction- seems like a very long time!! Lots of variety of stores to shop in and also coffee shops to grab coffee ☕️

Please please do not come here as your car will be towed right way despite the fact that you are plaza customer and was shopping there while your car is being towed. Will be complaining to the City of Coquitlam and to police on the property management of this plaza. Somebody is definitely getting commission on all these cars towed without any reasons!!!PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Total rip-off parking lot. (Coquitlam Square in between passific street and Atlantic avenue)Please do not park here unless you park your car within your sight. No matter which shop you go to on this property or no matter how long you park your car (even less than 1 hour), they will TOW YOUR CAR. I witnessed our car being about to towed, so I asked the guy towing our car what time he got called from the property manager, and of course, he didn't want to tell, and neither stated his name.I just don't want anyone to have the same experience as mine. I could avoid it from happening to me if I read google reviews before coming to this place... :(

This is a parking trap! There are small letters on some of the signs saying that you will be towed if you leave the property. We shopped in the square and then went across the street to eat, back to the car in 30 minutes to find it hooked to a tow truck ! The driver would not release the car without $150 payment, even though the temperature was near freezing, and my wife was sick and I am handicapped. Very arrogant and nasty trap. He even admitted that they had someone waiting on site to catch people and call the tow truck !I called 911 and they said they know about this place and think the situation is ridiculous, but they can't do anything because it is private property! Don't park here, don't shop here, and tell vendors about why!.

Be ware of this place, There is place the yellow line is almost unable to see and right beside that place there is a sign says “customer tenant only”, this two together is misleading - When you see the sign and did not notice there are those almost completely dispersed yellow line, you parked there, then the manager of this place will call towing company to tow your car away and charge you $ 250. If the manager really want prevent people from parking there they could easily do so by repaint the line as the picture I posted there.

Parked. Got towed. tow truck driver didn't check that there is a dog in the car, he also never reported that he towed the car (we called before filling a police report ) and the owner of the lot didn't bother to check that I was getting food at the restaurant after a short orthodontist app. ....was parked less then 20 m. If they would just bother to wait for the full hour. so frustrating our city's image gets a bad reputation from jerks like this owner.I will never shop here

Please park here for the complimentary towing experience. Be careful with a old guy dressing up like a homeless , standing there all day long just to get his towing commission for his broken life. Don’t forget to show your empathy!

Cheap shopping mall, not attractive, management are poor. Heard that they will tow your car to make money.

When the tow truck hooked our car I was in very bad condition, I was coughing badly, and the temperature was nearly zero, I asked tow truck guy if I can get into our car to avoid my coughing get worse, my husband can deal with the payment, the guy said Pay first otherwise no⁇ What a brutal behavior‼ He just want collecting money and no any empathy ⁇ This is inCanada⁇ Even that is private property, they still can't treat people in such cruel way, ‼I hope there is a proper rule for this kind of parking issue.What they are doing for parking violation is definitely not acceptable!!
