Providence Place
The day my sister passed she was found to be unresponsive at 8:30am. Her family wasn't called until 12 noon. The phone call wasnt telling us she is being sent to the hospital the phone call was if she gets worse. I went to check on her and I told them to call an ambulance.When they checked on her at 8:30 am and found her unresponsive they shut her curtains, turned the light off, turned the tv on and shut her door.They failed my sister!! She passed away early the next morning. Had the staff done their job and got her to the hospital sooner she may still be with us. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Providence Place
Residents don't have access to on-site physiotherapy department unless they pay for it or WCB or SGI are paying for it. Once in LTC you no longer receive Quality of Life healthcare.
