Brought my truck there, had it fixed for a good amount. 1500, brakes rotors all around plus a shock in the front end ( which I knew) were replaced. But during the conversation she tells me theres a lot more work. I Ask for an estimate and crickets. All of a sudden my back end sounds loose and my driver door doesnt close right. Is it sabotage, not sure, but Ive had mechanics like this before.

Had mufflers replaced on the car with magnaflows units for a deeper/ louder note. They used cheap metal/ or bad welds and the mufflers fell off after 3 years. The driver side section fell off and the passenger side broke at the muffler connection which I tried to bandaid with a clamp. They chopped up my stock mufflers so I couldn't put those on in the mean time.I've went to them over the years with various cars, but this was just poor quality.

Two different hourly rates based on whether you supply your own parts...I called yesterday to book a small repair (about an hour labor), and told them I was supplying my own parts. I was told the hourly rate was $105/hr. Ok, no problem, brought my car in, labor was exactly 1 hour but the bill shows I was charged $130/hr. I went back in to ask about this and was told that it's $130 when the customer supplies his own parts...I've been going to this place for years now but this is the last time. I hope it was worth it for them to make an extra $25 to lose a customer forever and to get a nice review written about them on google!

Really good experience! Had a rotted out exhaust pipe, called and they fitted me in real quick. A few laughs with other customers and the staff and I was out in an hour. Highly recommended!!! Not to bad on cist either!! Thanks guys

booked me in last min for an aliment was told would cost 80 flat rate for alignment ok no prob! thought would help was waste of time charged me 56 dollars to hook up alignment machine,an came back said they couldn't get the bolt loose so wasted half a day off work an 56 dollar's to wast 30m of my day will never go back!
