I have been going to Dr. Payne for at least 10 years. He is great at listening to your concerns. He keeps up to date with chiropractic newest treatments. I always feel welcome to his office.

I first went to Dr. Payne due to chronic pain in my neck and back. I had headaches, trouble sleeping, and performing daily tasks. After the first week of treatment I noticed a huge difference in my neck and back. Less muscle stiffness, less tingling, more flexibility, and better sleep. Over the past few months I have noticed I have more energy and I am focusing a lot more on my posture. Due to all the positive health benefits I am feeling I decided to send my 12 year old daughter to Dr. Payne. She was complaining daily about muscle cramps, poor flexibility, and back pain. I noticed that she walked very stiffly. Just after a few treatments we started to notice a improvement in her flexibility and gait. She no longer complains of back pain or muscle cramps. Last week she had her first school basketball game and scored a three pointer. My daughter said it was because Dr. Payne made her taller. Thank you Dr. PayneP.S. Dr. Payne has been an exceptional chiropractor to me over the past couple years. I use to see him on and off when I got the occasional running injury. I was amazed how after 1-2 adjustments, the pain was significantly reduced. Ever since I made the decision to come regularly, I have no running injuries, much more movement in my neck and to my surprise no more headaches. I started seeing Dr. Payne in 2012 to combat chronic neck and back pain after medicine and physiotherapy did not help. I was skeptical of chiropractic care but desperate. After my first adjustment, I was convinced this needed to be part of my regular wellness routine. Dr. Payne addressed the root causes of my pain so I only receive treatment every two weeks now for maintenance. As someone with rheumatoid arthritis, joint and muscle pain have always been supplemented with medication to ease discomfort. After going to Avant chiropractic for the past six months I have noticed a significant decrease in my aches and pains as well as the amount/ frequency of medication usage. The winter months especially are very hard on me (and for anyone else experiencing arthritis pain in the winter), but this year I was able to go about my daily life and sometimes even leave the pain medications at home without the constant anxiety/ worry if I will need them. Dr. Payne not only helped to make my pains and aches disappear dramatically, he also took away my anxiety and gave me the freedom of leaving the house and being able to partake in regular activities. Dr. Payne is very patient, knowledgeable and transparent with my care and always took the time to explain certain procedures. Desperate from over a month of sciatica, I approached Dr. Greg Payne, who took me under his chiropractic wing after an exhaustive assessment of my condition. A combination of traction and other treatments saw my pain dramatically diminish. Dr. Payne promised no miracles but felt confident he could restore me, an 81 year old, to the level of mobility I had enjoyed prior to the sciatica. His candour and positive attitude throughout was in stark contrast to the unhelpful and prescription approach of conventional medical clinics.
