I recently moved up to Collingwood, and I needed someone to remove my tape-in extensions and re-install them. Nicole was excellent; she removed them fast but with care, and there was no damage to my hair. For the installation, she took the time to understand where and how I liked the placement of the tapes and installed them perfectly.
