Chase Country Inn Motel

The owners of the Chase Country Inn are some of the kindest, sweetest folks you’ll meet! Room was spotless, breakfast was delicious and made fresh, service was impeccable, and they were nice enough to let our dogs jump on them for snuggles. We’d return in a heartbeat.

My parents (Diane and Tony) enjoyed a restful stay here last night. The owners are so friendly and kind - they even gave them cherries picked from their property. My parents said it was one of the best hotel breakfasts they ever had! Well worth the stay despite highway construction! Very clean and so friendly :)

I never thought of the motel I passed by during the journey. The breakfast is so attractive and delicious. Friendly staff, great service, highly recommended.

I always enjoy staying at the CCI. The owners and staff are fun, friendly, helpful and courteous. The rooms are always clean, great water pressure in the shower, nice TV, all the basic amenities I need. This motel is easy walking distance to the shops in town and is close to an easy walk to the waterfalls and walking trail. Don't let the proximity to the highway deter you from staying here - I did not hear traffic at all during the night and hardly at all during the day. I've heard other guests say they were surprised at how quiet the rooms are.

Upon check in this hotel was what I expected .. with the exception of the kitchenette being not at all like the photos online. Basic and moderately clean. The manager was polite and has excellent communication.. at first.My ONE star review is because I booked $215 on Expedia for this hotel, a two queen bed kitchenette, with two adults.After checkin the owner/manager informed me that they charge $25/per night for each of my two minor children.After paying $215 I was not prepared to pay more, additionally there was nothing online or in the hotel that said that there was additional charges for Minor children (I was not asking for additional Cora or bedding).After unsuccessfully trying to negotiate with the manager he indicated that he couldn’t understand me (which was confusing as we were communicating fine initially)I finally gave him cash.The next day upon checkout no one was in the office. Later Expedia E-mailed me my check out details and I was charged AGAIN for my two minor children.We visit Chase often, sadly we will not be staying there again.

Awesome food and great people.Hard working owners that go that extra step for hospitality. In a sea of corporate entities and run down pits, it was really nice to patron honest effort.These people hand delivered meals to rooms during COVID while everyone else shut down services.My daughter loved the owners and they made her stay so fun.The green curry was so good

Nice clean rooms. Very comfortable! The staff are just the sweetest people. It includes a free hearty breakfast! And is dog-friendly and quiet in the rooms. Bed is very comfortable. Would absolutely recommend!

Very clean rooms with enough space to put your stuff and comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. Proximity to the highway didn't seem to be a problem. The breakfast was incredible! The owners Yuki and Eric are wonderful people and they made our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended!
