I was looking at a few stores to get my 2 windows repaired after i suffered a theft. Out of all the other window replacement stores they had the best attitude. i thought i was going to book an appointment for days ahead. turns out that in 10 minutes they had vacuumed the interior and installed 2 plastic wraps free of charge. They also got back to me very quick within 1 day with nothing but solutions. one of the windows had to ship from far. They proportioned a replacement vehicle free of charge. As my car had minimum body damage it took 3 days. Kirmac North Vancouver installed 2 new windows then added the tint on one of them they left it exactly how it was before. Their staff was very professional and very kind, absolutely great service overall. Very recommended to fix your car here.

My 80 year old Mom was hit by an Uber driver while driving her Fiat 500.She found her way to Kirmac in North Van on her own and she reports that they treated her like gold from start to finish. She couldn't be happier.Bodywork, paint, and some mechanical repairs were all taken care of quickly (once the parts supply chain obliged), professionally, and to a high standard.Thanks for taking such good care of my Mom guys, I really appreciate it and so does she.

Very good service. The staff was very efficient, friendly and organized. They took care of us with great service, had everything ready and us on our way in no time.

I had a great experience getting my car fixed after my car was hit. It was all done through my ICBC claim and the customer service was second to none. The staff there are very knowledgeable and the entire fixing process was finished in a timely manner, having my car back in my possession the day it was said it would be done. Special shout out to Ethan May who gave me a superior customer experience.

They very kindly drove 30 minutes to my house with a very nice rental car, to pick mine up for it to be serviced.

(Updated) Brought my vehicle to this to get my car repaired. Took a while for my appointment to bring the car in. (This was during the holidays so I’m assuming that’s the reason) Customer service was ok. Could have been a lot better. Got a courtesy car for the time my car was in the shop. They did a great job fixing my car and they were quite fast which I was happy about. I was however unhappy when I picked up my vehicle and my dashcam was unplugged and everything was just thrown around the car. Otherwise I was satisfied with the experience and recommend others to bring there vehicles in for repairs. ICBC and Kirmac were fast and easy to deal with. Definitely would come back again in the future and recommend anyone else too as well! (My vehicle was a silver 2008 Honda Accord sedan that had front drivers side damages on the fender, headlight, drivers side wheel and front bumper...)

I just had three jobs performed by Kirmac on our vehicle. I cannot say enough good things about them. I want to give a big shout out to Matthew at Kirmac, North Vancouver. He was friendly and had fantastic customer service skills. He went above and beyond to assist me in fixing my car's right rear bumper screws. It was a very pleasant experience for me. I highly recommend this place. If in the future my car needs any body repairs, I will for sure come to this shop.
