CIBC Branch with ATM

Called like more then 5 times and when I left angry voice note someone called. Worse customer service.. need better training and not professional at all. Manager name sudheer call me buddy on phone that's was so professional.

Too slow and don't care long lineupRidiculously took me more than half an hour just for simple work

Absolutely pitiful experience with this branch, specifically with an advisor by the name of Siying Liu. I came to this branch with an appointment to apply for a Student LOC. My experience with Siying was nothing short of abysmal as she continuously displayed incompetence throughout our meetings. Earlier, during the initial stages of the application, we were roadblocked because Siying struggled to email a single document which was a mere consent to correspond by electronic methods. As I was on a time crunch to apply within the month of August 2022, after two weeks of no success, I had to visit the branch and sign the document in person after she was unable to send it and I had to take measures into my own hand to suggest an in-person meeting.Further, Siying consistently provided me with incorrect information regarding the Student LOC. When asked for the purpose of applying for the LOC, I mentioned that it would be to cover tuition and living costs, to which she replied that the LOC was only for covering tuition payments and nothing else. After a quick google search, I found that Siying's statement was transparently false as the funds cover several expenses besides tuition. I don't usually type reviews unless the service is either extremely satisfactory or on the other side of the spectrum, extremely terrible and my experience at this branch was nothing short of dissatisfactory.While it is important to note that Siying was a fairly new advisor, as she mentioned on our first visit, incompetence and making false statements is incredibly more harmful that to admit that you do not know the answer to a question and you can get back to me about it. Ultimately, would not ever recommend this branch for anyone seeking information on CIBC's products.

We’re from Vancouver and our lawyers in Surrey so no way we were going back home, went to this branch and they were full on appointments that day. The greeter was super helpful, tried getting appointments elsewhere but was able to convince one of the advisors during there 10 min break to help us. Even the teller was amazing and he congratulated us, super nice guy! Their energy was beyond us, probably one of the best experiences at CIBC other than the branch we use in Vancouver.

I appreciate Sonia for helping me with last minute requests that I needed done right away. She does not hesitate to assist and provides great customer service. Thank you for that! Quick and easy without any trouble she’s there to help anyone that walks in :)

Very bad experience overall with CIBC and with this branch. No accountability, no sense of urgency to address clients issues on time and reactive nature of doing business. I would not recommend banking here since personally I spent significant amount of my time coordinating with different departments within CIBC which shows their poor internal communication.

I had appointment with Soniya Tyagi . she know very well , how to treat with clients and she do her job in very good way .

Lazy staff.All i needed was a document for immigration, but they are more eager to leave for the day than help their clients. And Believe me, the excuses being made were more than enough time to finish printing my document. Oh I was able to finish the review before the closing time.
