The staff were really helpful and assisted my wife and I in acquiring our marriage certificate, which had been delayed significantly due to Service Ontario losing our paperwork. I am very grateful for the assistance and timely responses of the team.

I recently had an issue dealing with the Family Responsibility office. I contacted Mr. McGregor's office. The staff Jas and Nicole, were friendly and listened to my concerns. They helped me quickly to resolve my issue ! I could not be more pleased with how wonderful Mr. McGregor was in helping me. Keep up the good work. A politician that truly stood by his word!

I contacted Mr. McGregor's office to advocate for friend of mine who was in a situation where she had major surgery and there was a lot of confusion as to aftercare for her. She is a senior and the whole thing was causing her a lot of anxiety and stress. I contacted Nikki and she was ON IT. Within a few hours, she had sorted out the red tape and my friend has the care she needs. Thank you so much Nikki and Jas for everything you have done.

Graham McGregor and his terrific team led by Nicole Cedrone have been providing wonderful support and valuable help for People Against Littering (P.A.L.) P.A.L. has an ambitious goal; a litter-free Brampton! As the founder of P.A.L., I am extremely grateful for the concrete help that Graham is generously providing to assist us in achieving our goal! It's through his actions, that Graham proves he really does care about our community.

Graham McGregor is truly for the people. He's more than an MPP.Graham goes above and beyond for all and does what he says. My Children and I were having difficulties and facing homelessness, he stepped in and have his staff start working on my behalf immediately. I must say they never missed a beat! not a phone call have gone unanswered or not returned, not a day goes by without a follow up. In my 14 years living in Canada I can truly say he is one of the best MPP I have ever come in contact with. I want to thank his staff Nicole whom some refer to as Nikki. you are truly an earth angel to me. your thoughtfulness towards others is beyond this world! I will never forget all your help in my time of need. Life can throw you off track and causes you to either start over or give up. Thank God I didn't give up and He sends angels on earth to help us.

Contacted Mr. McGregor's office for help with an issue we had with Home & Community Care Support Services. The Physiotherapist at the hospital told us that mom would need to use a two wheel walker which HCCSS would supply and should arrive at the home on day she is discharged. My mother who is 94 years of age was discharged from hospital and no walker was delivered that day. On the second day I tried to contact HCCSS to see when the walker would be delivered as did the Administrator of the home where she lives, but no one at HCCSS knew why the walker was not delivered or when it would be. Nicole and Destiny of MPP Graham McGregor’s office were very instrumental in getting the walker delivered within hours of their intervention.Thank you both and to MPP McGregor for your assistance.

At this time, I would like to thank the staff at Graham McGregor's Office. I have had problems with Brampton Civic Hospital. These problems are too many to discuss here. However, the staff at Graham McGregor's Office helped and gave me confidence to keep my discussions with the hospital on going. There were many times when I felt really down and then I would get a boast from the staff. I would get going again.
