We just purchased our first Murphy bed at La Place. The bed is yet to arrive, so this review is more about our overall sales experience. Rose has been one of the best sales people we have ever come across. She met us where we were - in terms of our needs and budget. More importantly Rose was patient with us and shared several nifty tricks that we have already been testing at home. Rose has set the bar high giving us a truly personal and white glove sales experience!

Nous sommes plus que satisfaits! Notre expérience avec Rose(vendeuse) a été excellente. Nous avions eu une belle expérience chez La Place, mais nous voulions tout de même comparer les prix du marché. Ce n'est qu'en revenant à notre coup de coeur du départ et en jasant avec Rose, qu'elle a su nous aider pour obtenir le matelas de notre choix tout en restant dans notre budget. Merci Rose on va super bien dormir ce soir!

The best customer service!!! Also, this store has the biggest selection of orthopedic pillows in Outaouais. The Murphy bed solutions are contemporary and ergonomic. I would definitely recommend it.
