This is by far the worst opa, the international students that work here really need training in customer service. They are always on their phone and without washing their hands they just start making the food. Please train your staff better. They all have really bad attitude too.

Worst customer service and food. The girl forgot to put any Parmesan on my pita bread. When I asked her, she sprinkled the tiniest amount on the bread. The potato was simply boiled. No flavour to it whatsoever. The bread seemed spoiled. When I asked for one scoop of tzatziki on rice, the girl acted as if I asked for her kidney and again put the tiniest amount.I love Opa and have never had bad experience at any of the other locations but this sure was the first one from both food and customer service perspective.

I just had the worst experience with the food and staff here. I was almost done my food, which needed seasoning to be honest, and I came across a headless bug. I took it back to raise my concerns and they completely dismissed me. Claiming that because I was almost finished there was nothing they can do and “no-one else has complained”. The implication was so rude. And I will not be returning because of the interaction with all the employees but namely the manager. A refund does nothing for the safety hazard this poses, a little bit of validation would have gotten this staff a lot further.

I have eaten at opa several times but not at this location. I eat a lamb pita yesterday. It was gross. I started vomiting after. The lamb meat was cold and tasted like it had gone bad. Usually they grill it but they didnt. The pita was also cold and crumbled. The vegetables were so stale i only eat half my pita. Thank god because now I am vomiting and have a bug in my stomach from your food. Please check the quality of your food.

I waited in the correct queue to order my food. I was serviced by a young man of South East Asian descent. He rudely told me I was not next but another lady was. I wasn't trying to cut into the queue. The other lady had already placed an order and went up the counter to ask for her food. But still he didn't have to be so rude. Then when I was in line to get my salad, he asked a Caucasian lady beside me if she wanted grated cheese. He didn't bothered to ask me. He prompted started to add the cheese. I told him I didn't want any. But it was too late, he already added some. But not wanting to make a fuss, I just let it slide. This place needs to treat all their guests with respect! Maybe they think a woman of Asian descent is not worthy of any respect at all. I'm rarely treated so rudely at a food court.The next day, I realized the food I ate wasn't stored, handled or cooked properly. I had some gastrointestinal issues. If you want rude, racist staff and suspect food...well this is the place for you!

Quantity is very less for 1 person. We had the Pita wrap chicken and Calamari plate.The taste was good, but it is a small wrap like a hitdog size and not at all filling.

Ordered: Lamb pita wrap, no veggies, fries, side of lemonReceived: Very dry chicken wrap with veggies and fries, no lemonUsually I don't bother to leave bad reviews for food, but this was pretty disappointing. There was only 3 people in line it's a pretty basic order.

Terrible food! Worst Opa location by far! Potatoes are not cooked, food is cold. Opa corporate should close this franchisees license. Disgrace to the other excellent Opa locations I’ve visited

To start, the ordering process was very smooth. Staff weren’t rude at all when I was in line, which doesn’t match up with what other reviews are saying. I was expecting to get two skewers of souvlaki when I ordered the combo and felt sort of cheated when I only got one.When I ate it it was kinda chewy and tasteless. Greek salad accompanying it was good but I’ve definitely had better. I would’ve liked more olives and bigger pieces of feta cheese. The tzatziki sauce really hit the spot though.
