We were very pleased with the service provided by Dan. After leaving a message he called later in the day to book an appointment. On the day of the appointment, Dan called to state he was running a little late. When Dan arrived he was able to quickly determine the repairs required. He showed me the worn parts and completed all the repairs within 90 minutes. What impressed me he had a replacement motor and other parts in his van which enabled one-time service. I felt the price for the repairs was reasonable and our pellet stove hasn't worked better in the past several years. I would highly recommend Dan!

He came to my home and did a thorough cleaning of my stove and flue. The difference between this year and last year is like night and day. The stove is working better than at any time in the past (4 years). The price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend their service.

Dan worked on our existing wood stove installation so it would pass latest WETT certification requirements asked by our insurance company. All work was done extremely accurate and precise. He is also very good at communicating what should be done and why. Would recommend to anyone who is interested in high quality work.

We had Dan come in to repair our pellet stove which had 3 issues (damaged interface, the blower wasn't working, and the pellet stove no longer turned off after it's cool down)I took the day off work for him to repair the pellet stove. He was late showing up, came in for 5 minutes informed me he knew what was wrong, but that he didnt have time to repair it today and would NOT repair the electrical interface because in his opinion it wasn't worth it.After insisting the interface be repaired (for resale purposes it looks extremely sketchy and dangerous) he informed I would have to repair it myself and gave me the location of where a part could be purchased. I have no electrical background and had to hire a separate person to repair this.I left numerous messages inquiring when Dan would be back to finishthe job, only a fraction of my messages were ever returned or acknowledged. Had I known of another repair person I would have gone with themAfter 4 weeks he returned and repaired the blower.When I called repeatedly asking if he would finish the repair (the pellet stove still did not turn off after its cooling cycle) he never returned my call.When I gave up on the rest of the repair and asked for my invoice (repeatedly) so I could pay him, he never returned my call, text or emailAfter realizing - months later - I still hadn't paid him, I reached out again asking for the invoice to which he responded and has now been paidThe work was completed in November and he has now been paid and it is MarchNice guy but extremely unprofessional and unorganized. I don't care how difficult it is to find another repair man, this will be the last time I use Dan's services.

We were very pleased with Dan's service today. We were having vacuum issues with our stove. Dan gave great service, thoroughly cleaning the stove, the blower motor and vents. He is very knowledgeable with over 20 years experience. He knew what to do and our stove is back to normal. Thank you Dan!
