We engaged Rob to help us find our dream cottage. We are choosy buyers and this was during COVID when the market had limited supply and prices were inflated and erratic. Rob was patient and studious throughout, working to our buying needs and style without applying any pressure on us as we waited for the ‘right’ place to come along. Rob, having managed the building of his own cottage, is also hugely helpful and experienced in renovations - which came in handy as we toured cottages which might need renovation or where we needed to understand building codes, septic, wells, etc.We were happy to work with Rob and would recommend him to others.

We'd been looking to buy a place in southern Ontario for a few years now, and our search is complicated by the fact that we're currently living in the USA. We had worked with a couple of realtors but hadn't found the right one who could really help us. On a recent trip, we met up with Rob Green, and liked him immediately. He was always available, action-oriented, and knowledgeable about the area and the market. When we decided to make the offer, Rob was super-helpful, putting us in touch with a lawyer to help answer some tricky cross-border questions. Rob was never pushy and helped us clarify what we wanted to offer. He helped coordinate all the cross-border closing activity. After the close, we can't move in immediately, so Rob helped us line up people to winterize and take care of the house until we can get there. Would definitely work with Rob again, although we love the place so much that we hope we never need to. :)
