Between Gemini motors and Wendell motors I’m not sure where the lack of coordination falls but I’d never go back based on my last visit or should I say lack there of.Went through my insurance for windshield replacement. I did this because I was told calibration was required. And the ridiculous cost of the windshield.I had to rent a vehicle for the day while they held my vehicle all day and somehow couldn’t get it calibrated. I asked isn’t it necessary to be calibrated? And funny enough after I already went through insurance and the glass was purchased I was told no it’s not all that necessary.Truly wasted my time and money.I’d not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to service there Subaru.Also, within two weeks of having the new windshield it’s already cracked and chipped again..Get your windshield anywhere but Subaru. Cheap Glass.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Brad, the salesperson. His attitude towards customers was rude, and he showed no interest in explaining the car specifications. I would rate him poorly and feel compelled to give the lowest possible rating. Surprisingly, this negative encounter led me to find an even better car than the Forester. I believe having Brad on your team could potentially harm your business, as it did not create a positive impression.

The service department has made multiple mistakes servicing my 2015 Forester. They fix one thing and cause damage somewhere else. They also do not respond to e-mails when complaints regarding service were brought to their attention and were rude on many occasions.. I just bought a 2024 Subaru from another dealer. Take a drive to Stratford Subaru for better service or when purchasing a new vehicle. Never going back to Gemini as they lost our trust. Avoid this dealership.

Brought my sons 1st car in to clear a check engine light cleared, as a 1st car my son was very stressed about losing his prized possession for a few days. Wendy and Mark were AWESOME, fixed the problem and cleared the code in what turned out to be a pleasant and pain-free experience. Always in communication about the status of the repair and completed on schedule

Our experience of purchasing a pre owned Subaru Forester from Gemini Motors was excellent. We worked with Mitchell and his sales manager through the entire purchase. The sales team was professional, honest and transparent to answer all our questions and helped out as much as they could. We were a little skeptical at first because we were buying a pre owned vehicle. Mitchell made the car purchase easy by offering a complete walk around of the car, test drives, and providing vehicle’s maintenance history. We would highly recommend Gemini motors to purchase your next vehicle.

Bought a 3.6r Outback from Mitchell. Excellent service. Car was warmed and cleaned when we arrived for pick-up. EvenThough it was snowy and grimy, Mitchell cleaned the car all up again, so it was perfect when we picked it up. Detailing inside was immaculate. The car came with all seasons and winters. The all seasons were in bags in the back and ready to go. Definitely would purchase there again.

Why do they have to make the safety inspection exactly at dealer? Why can’t I find a certified mechanic to do it? I have to travel twice to Waterloo just for that. I live 2 hours away. Plus I ask if they could leave the vehicle later for 5 mins for me to pick up, they said no, but guess what? Ain’t nobody in the dealership leaving at 5:05pm, everyone is STILL there. I almost hit a person trying to beat time. Worst customer experience ever!

Not a great experience. Went in ONLY for a tire swap, yet the mechanic took my power steering fluid from my trunk and left behind automatic transmission fluid (I drive a manual so I know it’s not mine).Furthermore they had to replace a tire because one of them was damaged and I got an unpleasant call “did you know one of your tires has a big tear on it? We can’t put it on” (this is the same dealership that did my winter tires …. So why didn’t they catch that last year?…why are they asking me if I’m aware about this NOW? they’re the ones that bagged and tied my summer tires….)To top it all off the new tire they had me purchase wasn’t inflated properly so my AWD shut off on the highway on the way home. I had to pull over and google what was wrong and had to take it to a gas station to fill up the tire to fix the AWD system.I filled out the customer experience survey and asked for a callback about all this and they didn’t even call me back.I think from now on I should do my own maintenance….
