Yeah this gym has great equipment but the service was so bad, as well as the atmosphere, not even the cardio view could bring me back to this gym. No follow up of trial period, no tour, just assume everyone knows everything first time in, including the parking. For the money, skip this gym and try another one of Penticton's many locally-owned fitness studios.

My favourite gym I’ve ever gone to. Excellent staff, lots of equipment and rooms to choose from. Non-pretentious, casual and feels like family at this point. Highly recommended!

The Gym Eternal is an amazing gym! My husband and I moved from Vancouver Island to Penticton two years ago. We tried drop-ins at a few gyms in town, all unique and pleasant but this one stuck out. The equipment is well maintained and fantastic. Loads of cardio machines. Layout is functional and the staff are all great. The atmosphere and culture are welcoming and friendly. Love this gym so much and the people in it that it's easily become our second home and we both look forward to spending our evenings here! Can't recommend enough.

The gym itself is pretty nice. Not sure why other reviews call it dirty, it seemed pretty clean to me. Only two complaints" - they don't stay open particularly late

Always feel welcome in the gym, staff is incredibly nice and super helpful. This gym has some of the best equipment i’ve ever used. The atmosphere in the gym is superb, everybody supports one another and it’s just a great place to spend time. 10/10

Renewing my pass at The Gym Eternal felt like coming home. I’ve been to almost every other gym in town and Eternal has always been my favourite due to owner and staff. The cleanliness of facility is a priority to staff and morale of members is welcoming.

Best gym in penticton! I’ve tried them all and this one is the best overall gym. Good hammer strength machines and heavy dumbbells.

Started at this gym about 5 years ago after trying many in town and have never been disappointed. Excellent group of staff that are always willing to help and give advice when asked. The gym is kept clean and up to date with lots of equipment even during busy times.

Such a great gym! Tons of machines, comfortable welcoming atmosphere. There’s childcare M-F 9-11:30am, and a sauna in the ladies room! Also classes that are free with membership ☺️ Highly recommend.
