Went there yesterday, to get bikes for the kids. Everybody was super nice and very helpful. They told me take all the time you need" for my three year old to decide whether he liked the blue bike or the red bike. He did take his time and everybody was cool about that. I left my bike this AM with broken spoke and bad rear derailleur. Repair service done in one hour. Very very nice people, fast service and very good organized. In these pandemic days stop here and you will absolutely wont be disappointed!!

This place is amazing. I bought a bike 6 weeks ago and had a question so went back into the store. In addition to answering all my questions they also gave me a quick tune up, showed me how to change a flat tire and check if my derailer is aligned, and were so nice that I wasn't even embarrassed that my fork was backwards. Thanks so much to everyone (especially Dan)!

Great shop! I often go there and I'm always well served. I had a friend come up from Quebec City last weekend and on the first day of our four day mission, his brakes and my dropper post goes! We paid for the express service and we were gladly on our way two hours later! Talk about service!

Took my new bike here for a simple adjustment.Their mechanic broke both my front and rear skewers.I had to pay another shop to completely re-outfit what they broke.The owner's kid argues with customers.Take your bike anywhere else there's tons of other bike shops competing for your business.Bicyclettes de Hull is a total joke.

Amazing service experience here.Brought my bike back for a blown tire after a tuneup, and though it was not the fault of the tuneup, they repaired it for free.Have purchased here several times, and won't hesitate to again.
