Susan Wilson from Westland Insurance Ladner location is a game changer.I had been looking to get rv insurance for the past year for my self converted campervan. I was paying $480/month with ICBC, so I wanted to try and get a 3rd party coverage to save money. After being rejected time and time again, Susan kept pursuing and she ended up finding me RV insurance that saves me an extra $240 a month.I couldn't be more impressed with my experience with Susan and Westland insurance.

Amazing service provided to me by Shani Smalls from the Ladner Westland Insurance location. She was extremely knowledgeable about what I was looking for with my small business and the insurance I needed for a craft market. The process for this type of insurance is a bit complicated, and Shani was so helpful with finding information and relaying it back to me. Amazing lady, great service!

If your looking for good customer service don't waste your time at this location.Staff here are very rude and not helpful at all.I brought in my grandparents to cancel their insurance after an accident and the car being written off and they were arguing with me the whole time and kept telling us we can just go out to langley to be helped ( where they live). And clearly didn't know what they were doing.It shouldn't take over an hour to cancel an insurance policy. Especially when ICBC confirmed the car was a write off
