Expressions at Home just finished having our laundry/mud room painted and wallpaper hung in our adjoining powder room.It was a wonderful experience from the moment we picked wallpaper and paint colour at their Expressions at Home Show room.In addition we had an antique furniture bench reupholstered. Luis was exceptionally helpful in fabric choice and sharing ideas. The bench is exquisite.We have dealt with Luis many times over the past 10 years and have never been disappointed. Have you ever found a hidden gem of a restaurant ? This is the gem of window covering companies. They aren’t a big company, nor are they flashy - but I looked at big and I even looked at flashy - and these guys beat their competition without even needing to try. Their customer service is outstanding. Their product is lovely. Great quality that gets oohs and ahhs whenever guests come over. And as for price ... I got the exact same quote from Costco and it was 1000 higher than what expressions quoted, even with the rebates Costco threw in. I’m delighted with these blinds. We went with ones that block heat and with 32 windows - we truly could have skipped our air conditioning lol!! I’m amazed at these blinds. I have them set to open and close following the sun and I love coming home to a cool house. These blinds protect my floor and furniture from the fading and heat that the sun does. Loving my blinds!! It was such a pleasure working with Luis and his team! We now have wallpaper in six rooms in our house and we could not be happier. For our gym specifically, I reached out to Luis with a vision and working with him and his designers, they created a beautiful custom wall mural for me. And the installation is perfection!

We purchased our curtains three years ago and were very pleased with both the product and the service provided by Luis and the installer. Up to recently we had no problems but our remote became problematical and we contacted Luis and the store manager. They were both very helpful arranging for a new remote and programming it identical to our old remote so it took only one visit and there was no charge for the service. The service was prompt and professional despite the time since the original purchase which is strong evidence of a continued relationship with previous customers. Luis did a great job of explaining options and provided a perfect solution for Hunter Douglas blinds for our home. Delivery and installation were right on time and the install team was very efficient.

We popped in to look at blinds just because we had some time to kill before heading back to Calgary. Luis took lots of time to review all the options for us and explained all the different types of Hunter Douglas blinds. He was extremely knowledgeable and even took down our info to put us in touch with someone in Calgary who can help us with our purchase. We left disappointed that Luis didn’t work in Calgary as we would have loved to deal with him for our house!! Highly recommend this store if you need window coverings.

We are very happy with all. Phoned in with measurements for living room and dining room blinds. Luis Cacaris (owner) gave a basic estimate over the phone. We made an appointment to meet in their showroom. We were shown a few options, but went with the type that Luis' experience recommended. Luis measured our windows and gave a final estimate. Our blinds were installed 3 weeks later - all within an hour. Everything was smooth and we are very pleased with our new blinds. A month later they still work good and look beautiful. If you're going to get window coverings, give them a call.
