Michael did an excellent job on my mortgage refinance. Refinancing can be stressful- what is the best term, interest rates and closing costs? Michael, educated me on mortgage options and what was best for my needs and lifestyle. He paired me with a lender who offered a low rate with terms I needed. When my appraisal came in much lower than expected, he took the time to find his own comparable properties. The appraiser came back to us with a market value $50K higher than the original appraisal. I highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for an honest, hardworking mortgage professional. I am now ready to purchase my first rental property, and will definitely be using Michael.
