I was served 8 minutes before closing for a large value bank draft using just my driver's license and it was executed with kindness, expediency and respect. I was processed without a hitch, and left 10 min after closing. The bank manager even held the door for me. Thanks for the experience!!

Made an appointment, had a confirmation email. The day of the appointment comes and they claimed to have no record of the appointment and would not even look at my email that I had for proof.

The staff is not helpful and everyone who works there is trying to lay their duties on other people. They told me to contact my home branch which is in nova Scotia and even when I did that and told them what happened the lady who was working there was rude and refused to help me...

Wouldn't cash a cheque that came from same bank. Not helpful at all

This bank is a joke. We used to have great service there and it has gone downhill immensely! It is almost impossible to talk to someone. I have been trying to reach out to the bank... after sitting on hold for almost an hour before giving up, talking to 2 different people on the online chat that could not help with anything but only give me contact info for some other 'employees' at my branch and sending 6 emails that were completely ignored, I have pretty much had enough. Would not recommend to anyone. They are not there to help you with your banking needs, there are simply people that are employed there. Oh, and did I mentioned uneducated?

Good advice and no waiting.

AWFUL service, my main branch sent me here because they made a mistake, and they tried to send me back to the other bank, when they knew they could do it and did it for me, what a joke, save yourself time and go somewhere else.

This branch not for out of town workers. Impossible to reach out to the branch Manager or other employees, she does not return calls like the voice message says.
