Arnprior Floor Covering

Called to get delivery information on flooring that we were waiting for from another vendor. Aaron went out of his way to call the distributor to get a delivery status and called us back with an update that it was on the way from China.Great customer service for us and we were not even a customer! Will definitely give then a shot at our next flooring project.

We purchased and had carpets installed from this place. Pro service and Pro installation. Mike the installer is the guy you want doing your carpets. We are very grateful.

Great little place with such happy and friendly staff. My gf and I went in looking for bathroom tile ideas and the lady there was fabulous at going through some pics with me and recommending styles and colors, we agreed on many things that would look best and she helped find the best quality tiles to really make our bathroom flow and feel warm. She had great designer input and futhermore gave us free samples to take home for however long we needed as references. Overall great experienceId recommend this place

We cannot say enough good things about Arnprior Floor Covering! Aaron and Amanda were so helpful when we approached them with our new build. They suggested beautiful floors while listening to our design and budget needs! They accommodated every request, even the panicked, last minute ones! We were also pleasantly surprised that they could provide our wall tiles as well! A one-stop shop, close to home! They did an amazing job installing all of the flooring in our house. We also had tile work done in our bathrooms and it turned out pristine. I would highly recommend this business.

There are lots of businesses with good service. Some of them have very good service while others have really good service. There's only one in a hundred that have stellar service, though, and Aaron Moore, owner of Arnprior Flooring, fits that business model. We have had two projects done by Aaron and his team and we were floored (pun intended) by the end-results. Simply put, I don't think we have ever come across a business that takes client satisfaction to such a high level. Truly amazing business to deal with. THANK YOU, Aaron, and your Team.

Unfortunately, we had a pretty disappointing experience with Arnprior Floor Covering. Initially we were quite pleased and hopeful, as Aaron appeared knowledgeable, friendly and eager to take on our project. We liked him as a person and found him easy to converse with. We agreed to move forward on the project with them, chose our materials, etc. Then, just around the time they were supposed to take final measurements and start, we were informed that because of some bad experience(s?) with other client(s) in our geographical area (nothing to do with us), they would no longer be doing our project. We spoke with them and urged them to reconsider as this would significantly derail our timelines, and because we had done nothing wrong! In response to this, we were initially told that yes, they would actually honour their committment and not penalize us for others' alleged bad behaviour, and finish our project as agreed. However, a few weeks later when we had heard nothing back after repeated attempts to communicate, we were told in a rather abrupt tone that they could not possibly get to our build for another 8 months or so. We stopped communicating and scrambled to find another flooring company... finally after a fair bit of stress and searching, we found someone else, who did a really great job. Giving them 2 stars because based on what we saw, I ASSUME they do good work when they actually do it (never got to actually see it of course). However, it was pretty lame and unprofessional to leave us in the lurch, especially in the way they did. Seems a lot of people are biting off more than they can chew and spitting out what is not convenient to them. Too bad.
