Always the worst customer service imaginable. Unfriendly staff who are unapproachable or knowledgeable in their products. I’d give no stars if possible.Also Bo was very unprofessional in my last experience.

I went with my friend to help her purchase a tablet / laptop and Bradley helped us. I’ve worked in sales and definitely haggled him a fair amount because I wanted my friend to feel confident in he purchase. He was so well versed in everything and got her a great deal.

Had a great experience at Best Buy today. Had a young man, Jaydon, provide the best customer service I've had there in a while. Any question I had, he answered to the best of his ability and found everything that I was looking for. 10/10 experience!

Decent selection. A small few helpful employees. Lots of rude employees standing around talking not paying any attention to customers. Been like that for years. Saw one staff member get rude to a customer “we all do specific things and can’t all help everyone” in a snarky tone, instead of just helping and directing to someone that could be of help to them.

New employee JJ and another employee, Michael, were SUPER helpful in getting me a new phone as I just turned 18 and am trying to get on my own phone plan. JJ sat with us for a good hour and a bit, helping me find solutions to every little inquiry I had. Michael was also very helpful as he was guiding JJ along. Both of these gentlemen showed exceptional customer service and we will be returning with pleasure:)

Staff is helpful as they can be but abysmal stocking volumes. Out of the last 10 times I’ve been in the store to purchase items, they’ve had the product maybe twice. I’m not talking about unique items or buying at Christmas time, these are regular common items, any time of the year. Drones, batteries, air tags, air pods, iPhone cases, etc, etc. yes they can order it in but why would I when I can order it online and get it way faster?That, coupled with the fact that they don’t open until 11 am and what’s the point. This is why online shopping is outcompeting retail.

They never seem to have stock because Best Buy thinks GP is to small and can order online. Something I wish they tell you before you purchase is bring help if you’re buying a big item because they’re not allowed to help you load it. Not sure how they thought 1 person can load a fridge.

In store service is great, but if you need to contact someone by phone in store, it is near impossible. I returned an item to the store and the cost of the item was returned to my credit card. I did not realize until later that the $30. extended warranty I purchased on the item was not returned to my card. I did speak to some one who gave me a store number, but still unable to make contact. I live over an hour away , I have no other option except to return in person to the store.
