FIX AUTO THUNDER BAY SOUTH

I hit a deer on my way to the airport last autumn and my insurance company sent me to Fix Auto and it was probably the most positive auto repair experience I’ve had. Every staff member I interacted with was helpful and engaged and the work was excellent quality. They kept me in the loop and were really easy to deal with. I have recommended Fix Auto to numerous people and I will use them again the next time I need body work.

Excellent service by the Fix Auto staff. Went in there for an insurance related repair and I was amazed by their service. Definitely recommend this place if anyone needs body work done on their vehicles.

I would like to acknowledge and thank Rob, Al, Rick and Lisa for the professional and detailed work that was done on my 2019 Chev Cruze. The quality of work and care that was put into fixing my car showed in the end result. They made sure all my needs were taken care of and every detail was covered along with the efficient service.

Excellent service at Fix Auto. I was involved in a collision before Christmas. They got me in promptly and my car looks just like when I drove it off the lot. They even cleaned the inside. On my way to my appointment I got stuck in the snow and they even came out and got me unstuck and into their parking lot. Hoping there will be no more accidents, but if there are I will definitely be back.

2022 Rio 4000 km.$13,551.41 in repairs at Badani Motors/fix auto south.WHY?!I am satisfied with the repair work over all. A lot was done and done well.So why this ⬇️?After I signed paperwork, paid my deductible and was brushing the day's snow off to take my car home (yes, it was presented to me fully snow covered) Fellow comes out of the building, noticed me and came over. Started talking, opened the hood and showed me a broken part still on the car. Part is on extended back order and will be installed when it comes in. No big deal but why wasn't I told this before I paid?After getting home I noticed the front fascia/hood gap is crooked. They agreed to bring it back and gave me a loaner for the day. When picking up my car we looked at it together and it was, far better than when I left it. He explained all he had done that day, parking next to similar cars and comparing gaps, taking my car to Performance Kia where the shop manager, a buddy he's known for years told him these cars are crooked right from the factory". (I'm currently in conversation with performance kia about this)After it being thoroughly explained this gap was the best I could hope for I was deflated and defeated enough to sign off and go home.How do I argue a point with someone who spent his day trying to prove me a liar for saying my hood was straight when I bought the car

I was very satisfied with all one thing is I was called at 224 in the afternoon and was told I had to come right away to pick up by 5 from out of town I do not have anything else they were the best .
