Wow….Totally different…wowI have had tangsoyuk from different restaurants in the area and this was by far the best. It was very crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. The jampong and jajang rice were very tasty too. The servers were very nice and I had a really goodtime with my 5 star bf

I recommend eating at the restaurant, especially Tang su yuk! (It gets soggy and the taste changes) My kids complained that there were too many onions in the Jambong. Still a good place to eat.

No doubt it’s the best Korean style Chinese restaurant in Vancouver. Well-organized, friendly staff and absolutely tasty dishes here. Considering the tremedous size of dishes and quality, very reasonable pricing. Each table is spacious and comfortable, the size of the restaurant is not really big though.

Tastes good. Recommend it. Many Korean people eat here. Have 5 parking places behind the restaurant.

The taste was not bad, and it was good to have an outdoor terrace in summer.

Got L5 for take out, the spicy noodle soup tastes so good with a strong smoky flavor and just the right amount of pungency. The batter on the sweet and sour pork is light and remains crunchy even after 30 min. The pork bits were marinated very well as I can taste the spice without dipping them with the sweet sauce. Adding sauce on top creates a even better balance between salty and sweet.Everything was so well packaged, with sauce/ soup being separated from pork/ noodles, which helped preserve the flavor and texture of food. Got all these for $24 which can easily feed me for 2 meals. All of the customers in the restaurant were Koreans when I went there. A proof for u to go check it out if u haven’t ✅

Came to this hidden gem a few times and the food and staff is consistently amazing. Probably the best tangsuyuk and jjabbong around.

This is a truely mixed review. The food was great, but the dining experience needs some improvements. There’s a reason this is a long review, stick with me…The Menu is intimidating for anyone not VERY familiar with Korean food. It looks very expensive, but the portions are very large. Honestly too large. Every single table left with takeaway containers when we dined there. Usually this isn’t an issue but with most menu items starting at $30+ for regular size (big enough for 2 to share) and large size for $40+, the menu would benefit from smaller, less expensive portions. This would also make it a bit easier for folks to try some of the more traditional dishes without committing $40 or more for a single dish (without rice). They also have an atrocious alcoholic drinks selection with just Kokanee, Budweiser or Soju. They would really benefit from some craft beers… not hard to find with a craft brewery 2 doors down! The combination of some cheaper menu items (fried chicken or any appetisers for less than $30 please!) and some craft beers would be absolutely spectacular. They have a great patio for a summer evening, and there’s so much potential if they made some tweaks to their menu.I had a lot of time to think about this review as we waited over 45 minutes for our only dish (Pork Tang Su Yuk), they forgot our dumpling order, and when I asked for a second serving of rice it took another 5 minutes to come out even though there were no other diners at that point. They must have been busier than usual (although there were a few tables free) and all the other tables were also waiting a really long time for service. But after all that, the pork was very fresh, hot and crispy, the sweet and sour style sauce on the side was good, and there were some tasty side pickles. The regular size was enough for 2 hungry people.TL/DR: It took me a long time to finally dine at this longstanding local restaurant, and I hope to go back again if there are some tweaks to the menu sizing and pricing, better drinks on offer, and speedier service.

Horrible experience! We ordered the stir fried squid and rice, there was almost no squid in the dish!!! It was 95% onions. When I called to complain, I was told that I didn't know what I was talking about and that Koreans know this is how it comes, soo rude and racist! My fiancée is korean and she agrees that this is the worst rip-off ever. We order from there alot and usually we have a great experience. Heartbreaking and shameful customer service
