The guy running the register was rude. Had to wait for part of our order which is fine but he could have given us what was ready when we ordered instead of waiting for the rest that had to be made. He put it under the counter out of site probably thinking we wouldnt notice while we waited the 10 minutes for the rest. He wasn't wearing gloves when handling the food. He kept biting his nails then would grab the food containers by the edge and move them around. Blew it off when advised he should wash his hands after putting them in his mouth. The ladies there were all wearing gloves and polite. Would avoid on days he is there.

Went for a pretzel and cheese sauce and the girl charged me for the pretzel and a cheese stick. When I realized her error she refused to give me a refund because she was already making it. No respect for there customers and I want my money back.

We certainly got enticed by the smell of the pretzels walking by the store, and tried the Nepolitana and Toscana pretzels. They were delectable, and genuinely enhanced our shopping experience. On our way back, the store manager rewarded us with extra cinnamon bites for desert. It made the holiday shopping a little bit easier.

Pretty sure the both times I have been there it is like everyone's first day!! 25 min for 2 pretzel bites....got it wrong. charged wrong. Everyone in line said they'd never be back. Embarrassing. 3 people qorking. Nothing getting done.

I asked for a fresh salted pretzel the the cashier woman assured me that it was fresh but I took a bite and it was hard and crunchy stiff as a board she straight up lied to my face and I was very angry but I couldn't get a refund

Who closes their entire business so that the two employees can be on their break together just after 1pm?!?!Well I gave it another try and what a gong show. 3 employees and none of them could agree on an answer if they were out of pretzels or not. In the end they had one left so I bought just the one for my daughter. It was so thin and Small and over cooked and crispy. Went to Midtown as I had really wanted one and got this fresh soft large poofy pretzel… can’t do you location still it seems….

Ordered pretzels from here several times for work parties and they’ve always hooked me up with extra dipping sauces and really awesome customer service. They always time it so they’re super fresh by the time I get my 100 pretzels.We all loved the toscana bites they sent our way.
