I had a visit in the store last week with my dad. we had problem with transferring a number to my account. one of the agents name Prat worked really well with patience with us. he was very caring and kind. although we didn't bought any products from the store. he really helped us with the issue until the end. I was amazed with outstanding customer service of Prat. and I should say I'm very satisfied with the level of services and rates of freedom mobile as well as the Vaughan mills store agent. and I would like to recommend it to everyone !!!

Been with Freedom for over 4 years and have 4 phone lines with them. Stopped by last Thursday at this kiosk and these guys were super helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Just went to look at the plans and the Deals were way too awesome! Sangugan helped me take home a new iPhone!

I went to Vaughan mills Freedom Mobile to get a phone plan and maybe even a phone, I got a really good deal and the representative Sangugan was awesome. He provided excellent customer service, he took his time to explain everything.

This location was by far the most helpful location i’ve been to so far! The employees and manager were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me find a solution for me. This is rare in customer service these days so it was nice to have this experience. I will definitely be coming back here and will be telling my friends + family who are with Freedom to come to this location for sure!
