We recently purchased a sectional at Urban Manor, worked with Keerat, great experience overall. Professional, great value, quality service and follow up. Highly recommend.

This negative review should not be a surprise to Urban Manor. Custom sofa was not the length ordered . Seat cushion comfort could best be compared to a bus stop bench. The two seat cushions were comprised of two stiff pieces of foam glued together through the entire depth of each cushion . This piece was nothing like the prototype on which we based our purchase which we saw on the store floor. No apology, explanation or offer to rectifywas offered. We spent two weeks chasing a resolution.Emails were not responded to, phone calls were not returned. We eventually received a refund for less than our total expenditure as we were required to pay forpart of the delivery charge to return a defective item. Needless to say, wewill shop elsewhere d more carefully in future.

Buyers beware!! Urban Manor is the definition of untrustworthy. The price you end up paying may increase anytime and you will have to pay more at any time as a result. Let me explain. I had two very contrasting experiences from this store. I have detailed them below as positive and negatives.Positive:During my first visit, I bought 2 bed sets at a great price after I had shopped around a while.BIG NEGATIVE:With a positive experience on my first visit, we made a second visit to buy a sectional sofa. After shopping around a specific brand, urban manor agreed to price match. I paid the initial deposit and the deal was complete. About, 4 weeks after, I got a call from them saying they have to void my transaction and I would have to pay more than $4000 to pay for the same sofa. I was utterly disgusted by this response. I will never buy from Urban Manor again as a result. I would rather pay more for my furniture than what urban manor has to offer.Another Negative:The delivery of my beds was below average (this happened after my above experience). The delivery team was quite rude and unprofessional. I noticed it when I asked them to remove their shoes upon entering my house. In response, one of the guys asked me if I want to be liable for any damages that might occur if they were to fall off while climbing my hardwood stairs while delivering the bed sets. So I asked them to remove their socks. They were not happy with that response and proceeded with the delivery with their shoes off and socks on.Disappointing!!

Walked in randomly last summer for no specific reason and sat on a sofa for no reason as we did not need or want a sofa, which so happened to be beautiful reclining Natuzzi. The moment we sat, we were sold on it. Ken was so good w us. Not pushy, not aggressive, not even talking the sofa up, which I really liked. I HATE pushy sales ppl. He has a great personality and not fake like other sales reps at other stores that you can smell the BS from a mile away. Waited about 7 months for our luxurious white leather Natuzzi Editions Portento to be custom built and arrive from Italy. So worth it. The delivery was white glove, and exceeded expectations. They showed us how the electronics function and how to care for it. They cleaned up after themselves taking all packaging away. Won’t lie- very expensive but worth every penny. Extremely happy. Every other couch we’ve owned prior to this has been garbage. This sofa is superior relaxation at its finest.

My experience with Urban Manor was nothing short of phenomenal. From start to finish the customer service, the prompt and incredible delivery and the overall quality of their merchandise was really incredible. The delivery team was fast, friendly and more efficient than any others I have experienced in the past. These guys get a huge wow from me.

I ordered a beautiful curio cabinet which looks absolutely great in our new condo. Ken was an absolutely great salesperson. Delivery experience was awesome. The unit was set up and all packaging taken away. The delivery men were very courteous and pleasant. A totally great experience dealing with this store. Would not hesitate recommending this store.

Moving into a new home can be overwhelming sometimes. However our purchasing, delivery and set-up experience provided by Urban Manor has been exceptional. The staff are all very professional and helpful. Keerat helped us with the purchase of a dining table, 8 chairs and an accent chair and it all came within our budget. The delivery and set-up was wonderful as the guys set-up, placed all the items as requested and removed the packaging. Thank you Urban Manor!
