We used to visit this place with our children. And it was a great place. It went under renovation and today we went to our daughters favorite place when we arrived we found Playplace closed. That's right, the space previously prepared for children is now just tables. We didn't place our order. We ended up crossing this place off our list.

Very nice worker. Let me off when I didn’t have the 5 cents I needed. Food was good I got a ice cream cone. Love the new renovations but wish they kept the fountain machines.

Forgotten common easy items last two times I’ve ordered. Always liked McDonald’s coffee better but it’s not worth dealing with this

I received half of what I ordered, I was to far away to return by the time I saw the items. Not sure why as they seem to have a dedicated person checking each order before they hand over to customer. I saw them check over the contents and then handed it over to me. I figure it was good to go.

We went to this McDonald's to celebrate a birthday just for fun. However, the whole event was a mess.The person from which we ordered got the birthday person's order wrong not once, not twice, but three times. We were not asked if we were eathing in or taking out. Then receiving the order took forever. When we received the order, we were missing cutlery and syrups for hotcakes. When we went back to ask for those missing items, we were ignored by the staff, some of them seemed to only be standing around.We couldn't find a clean table; when we asked for something to wipe a table with, we were faced with a blank stare from the cashier. So we tried cleaning the least dirty table ourselves, which still had stuck on food. When someone finally came, the person didn't even wipe any tables but thankfully proceeded to empty the garbage bins which were overflowing with garbage onto the floor.And the food wasn't incredible either. The sausages from the hotcakes were undercooked. The poutine sauce was burnt or perhaps old. The chicken nuggets were dry.I don't understand how all of the different aspects of our experience were negatively affected. Normally it could be one or perhaps two things that go wrong. But I felt like I needed to speak up about our experience because of how many different things went wrong.I do not dislike McDonald's and, even though I worked at McDonald's as a teen, we still like eating there.But I would strongly recommend not going to this McDonald's until they clean up their processes and/or retrain their employees.

My son disappointed they removed the playplace (the main point of this review). Service and food are average which is good. They need 1 person to clean the tables for hygiene purposes. Seems to be always dirty tables every time we go there. Not bad and not great evaluation of this restaurant. The average public score seems to be just right (3.6 - 72%) as on Mar 18, 2023.

LOLOL! These reservations were something else , Yikes! . I really hope there is a refund on those tables and chairs. Never in my life have I seen a restaurant with such poor design. The tables and chairs are smaller than my kids playsets, it feels empty and cold , like they don't want you to sit in there. We also only saw one garbage can beside the front door..? and a random stand-alone ketchup stand with napkins and no drink station?? lolol. What a design blunder, at least we all got a good laugh and the food was still very good, but wouldn't recommend sitting inside

The young man who took our order at the drive through absolutely wasted 10 minutes of our time.All me and my mother wanted to order was a medium iced coffee and a small regular coffee. He made us repeat our order several times because he continuously messed it up and didn’t understand how to input it into his computer. Again and again he deleted and re input our order. We were so frustrated after the fifth time of trying to order our simple drinks, that we thought he finally got it and drove away to the next window. Once we got to the window where you pay, the lady said that there was no small coffee on the order and he did not add it. At this point we were so over it that we just left without our drinks.Why put someone in a drive through who doesn’t understand how to work the equipment and wastes everyone’s time?

This location is placed almost sideways in the parking lot. There are pull thru spots available. With a weird exit for the drive thru. The dining area is extremely well taken care of. There seems to be a dedicated cleaner which makes for an enjoyable experience. The bathrooms were spotless and smell clean. This location is super busy with families and employees on break from near by stores. Expect to wait a while for your order.
