Jasmine was beyond helpful, she went above and beyond for me, all the store employees were lovely. Jasmine stands out as the best retail worker ive ever come in contact with and its not even close. Went in the Deal with a cell phone issue, my Sim card was bad and I needed a new Sim/ re provision. Alyssa knew the exact procedure and I was in and out in approximately 10 Minutes or less.

By far the best service I’ve had when setting up home internet! Jasmine made the process easier than I could have imagined and answered all my questions. I am from out of town and still went with Bell in GFW to get services set up.

The Staff are by far the greatest at any location I've been too. Great customer service. Everyone there are very welcoming. Caitlin fudge always helps me with any issues I may have. She has been my main person for years, I never leave unsatisfied.Whether it's help from her or any other worker there, I know I'm in good hands. I appreciate them all for their service.

Excellent service from the Grand Falls Windsor, NL store. We showed up just before closing time and Jacob from this store stayed back after hours to help us with our upgrade.
