I'm not one to write reviews but in this case I felt compleled too. I just had a portion of my concrete apron lifted and cant say enough about this company! From the owners, to the office staff, to the actual crew they are all professional and courteous, start to finish. Craig (owner) was on time for the estimate and took the time to answer any and all questions. The crew, Daniel and Mickey were exceptional, to say the least! From calling to let me know they were on their way, to the genuine courtesy, respect for the property, and time to explain before, during, and after exactly what was going to happen during the process. Guys, thank you! I would not only use this company again but would recommend to anyone needing this kind of service, you will not be disappointed.

I mentioned that I needed the estimate to determine the cost of repair for my foundation and garage slab, I let the guy who came to the house know that the estimate would be used to determine if my ex wife and I split the cost or if I will have to sell outright. I mentioned I was not able to be there during the estimate the day before, he never mentioned this would be an issue. I texted the guy who showed up for the estimate 2 or 3 times and called the company 3 or 4 times to try to get the estimate... It took almost a month for the president of the company to finally get back to me with a very rude and unprofessional email claiming I was wasting his time and never intended to have the repair work done, also stating that me not being there was an issue even though he knew ahead of time. The only saving grace of this company was the professionalism of the women who answered the phone when I called who were very apologetic about the situation.

Installed a new sub pump and humidifier. Alexis and his partner did an excellent job. I apologize I forgot his name.Both very friendly and professional. They answered all concerns and were able to complete the project in a timely manner. The basement cleaned with nothing left behind. Thank you for your awsome job!

One of your employees driving your truck flew into traffic, cutting me off, I had to slam on my breaks or I would’ve crashed into him. I honked on my horn and he flipped me off. So unprofessional!

This is the second house we hired Leader Basement Systems to fix our basement water issues. We were impressed with their excellent customer service as well as their technical expertise in our first home and when we moved to downsize to a smaller home, we reached out again and their service was again, terrific. Their evaluation of our problem is based on solving our problem, not a sales pitch to make the most money. The work was done professionally and on time with no surprises. Each step of the process included follow up from their customer service staff to insure our satisfaction. Timing is everything and in the last week we have received lots of rain and the system works perfectly. Needless to say we are very happy customers and highly recommend Leader Basement Systems to resolve your basement water issues.

Not only do they install a fabulous system, they follow up to make sure everything is installed properly and Jake Kozlowski was the best! He insured that everything was working perfectly and properly. We can’t believe how much water is being pumped out of our foundation and into our yard! So grateful that there is a solution to a serious and annoying problem. Would highly recommend Jake and also Michael Copperwhite.

We had to have a corner of our house jacked up and the access was very difficult. Craig figured out a way to get the job done and it worked out perfectly. Very happy with the results. Initial estimate was spot on and the crew that did the work was great and kept us informed of the progress. I highly recommend Leader.

This company did a Great job, from Tyler who first came out and did a survey on my basement to the crew (Tommy, Mickey, Josh and Angel) who installed the system. Sure their price was higher then some of my other quotes, but I often find that you get what you pay for and from the quality of work that was performed to the Peace of mind system they installed
