They are helpful when you actually go into the branch but can be pretty difficult to get ahold of by phone. They have an automated message even during open hours that offers an option of connecting with a live person working in the branch, but when I selected that option, no one picked up the phone and the automated message told me to leave a voicemail and they will get back to me before they closed. There was still 45 min. until closing time so I wasn't impressed when I didn't receive a callback or voicemail or anything. What's the point of offering a callback and promising to do it before closing if you're not going to honour that? And how exactly can people get in contact by phone if you won't pick up the phone or reply to voicemails?

Management teams needs to improve their cash management strategies.A daily limit of $3000 is honestly unacceptable and a major inconvenience.

Disappointed with the advisor on Mar. 12th. After making a copy of my ID, calling me on my phone, asking her colleague for help, and taking my BMO credit card, she was still not able to verify me in person or complete any of my requests. What a waste of time and a bad experience

This branch honestly does not care about people at all. Its really too bad as BMO is a great great bank. Until the current branch manager is fired there is likely going to be no change in the attitude of staff here.

Customer service was decent in fairness but the roll of loonies they gave me had some Indian rupees instead, 5 rupee coins are similar in colour to loonies but a different size and shape. That and they're worth less than a dime

Really disappointed with the attitude of the female staff. She seemed very bothersome when explaining my queries. I did not feel any respect at all. This is the worst BMO branch that I used to visit. Never come back!

I go to this branch about every two weeks (gotta love coin laundry) and I always have a great experience. I’m greeted as soon as I walk in and I have never waited long. This last time I went I received a survey after. I answered- and shortly received a call from the branch manager Jennings saying thank you, and giving me his contact info should I need anything. I was so impressed and I was not expecting such a genuine thank you for something as simple as a survey!

first time came in this branch yesterday Jun 9th to get TD bank draft deposited around 5 pm at this branch because the account the cheque gets deposited into has BMO account thats why i had to go there but really man it was the worst experience I've never been at the bank.i forgot to ask the teller name who did the transaction for me (short chinese man wearing black shirt/ sweater), he made me felt so unwelcome and gave me bad attitude, i don't think he cares about customer service :( or he does not like his job lol. just quit rather then makes bank reputation worse :)gave one star as at least he did his job loli am glad that i don't have account with this bank especially this branch.updated: jun 10 , got reply from the bank , see reply below. but sorry my name is not morgan lol

Wow. Just WOW! How on earth can BMO be an actual bank and be so incredibly terrible in multiple locations? I still don't understand what the problem is, but they seem to have extreme difficulties making a payment from a basic bank account to a CRA business account. I mean, it's the CRA! What could the problem POSSIBLY be? I have to include A PAPER DEPOSIT SLIP EVERY TIME, as for the first 18 months of paying online, I discovered that they had NO IDEA where the payments were going. It took three appointments with two CRA people to find out where all the money went, and of course BMO isn't going to pay the interest charges racked up even though they're the reason the account was going unpaid."I tried a different location this time instead of West 4th
