My friend couldn't get into his place, and despite being late at night, the staff were there within a half hour with a brand new door knob and keying. I've also had several keys cut at the shop, and enjoy my chats with Karen. I highly recommend their services!

Wow! Superior customer service. He quoted us around $40 and then only charged us $17 when it was a different issue. I then had a second tiny issue that he fixed for free. The door knob he fixed also works better than ever which is awesome since a new set would have cost me roughly $200.

Fast, efficient and friendly.We had to make an emergency call out at 4:30 on a Friday after the battery on our Kevo died while out for a walk with our 11 month old daughter and dogs and we had no other keys with us. He was with us within half hour, cut a new key to get us in so no destruction of the lock and was a very fair call out charge that we were more than happy to pay. Highly recommend. He didn’t even give us a ribbing about relying on an app and not carrying a physical key to get in our house - I would have :)

I had a really good experience at this place today. The owner and his Son are very kind and helpful. I brought them a brand new lock cylinder to match with my current key for my truck. Accidentally, the dealer sold me a wrong part but these guys were nice enough to take missing parts from the original lock and put it in to the new one. They are skilled and made it work with my key, which is one of those new weird keys too. Don't hesitate to check this place out, make sure to talk to either of the gentlemen and they will take good care of you.

A+ service. Was able to cut me a new key from a snapped in half key. Retrieved the old chip and installed it in my new key. If this is ever you, never go to the dealership COME HERE FIRST! you will save money! Thank you!!

I would give a zero if I could. Terrible grouchy lady working there! She was very annoying and miserable! If you have lock troubles just replace the lock yourself or call a company from Regina. This lady thinks she is an aerospace engineer!

Awesome service! We have used their services multiple times and never disappoint. Once in a while they are crazy busy (the best businesses usually are) but they always help out asap and always follow thru when we need to have work done. So lucky to have them in our community.
