Bree was beyond amazing to deal with. We were selling from out of town and she handled everything from start to finish! From arranging contractors, staging, negotiating with buyers, and beyond. I have known Bree for a long time , we met in high school. I give her a call right away when we want to sell the place and i was not disappointed at all. As soon as she came into our home she start to make the calls to hire all the contactors to get the home ready to put on the market. She took a lot of my plate by managing and getting the home ready for the market. We were on the market for 6 days and we must have had over 60 showing due to the job she did with the staging and also getting the home ready to sell. She is a smart person as she knew what need to be done and what did not need to be done which saved us money, On offer night we had 12 offers and she worked her magic talking to the other agents. We sold for top dollars and probably a new high price without a finished basement in Summerhill. We were so happy with the final results.She also found me a nice rental which was not easy due to lack of inventory and also the size i required for my family. She did an excellent job by handing the lease agreement and also getting me the house within a short time period and right before the holidays.Bree is a honest and trustworthy person which is very important when you are making the biggest purchase in your life.
