I had to update the review as I became disappointed in this company as of late.1) I went to redeem my reward points and I was told that I have to buy something in order to redeem my rewards. I must've looked confused as the cashier told me that it's company policy. That is preposterous as reward points were converted from the money I've spent in the past. So, I have to pay more money to redeem my own points...? Please make it make sense.2) I've asked numerous times whether the spicy cod roe croissants will ever come back and someone told me no

Nice and unique selection. Amazing view and location. Good for a quick coffee grab or formal coffee meet.I got the Yashima Brown Sugar Bubble Milk Tea. It’s good and balanced.

Lots of variety for sweet and savoury croissants, as well as drinks.I got a basic honeycomb croissant as a snack, it was smaller than I expected and not worth the price!It tasted good, though not the best I've ever had. The other flavours are probably more special with the toppings.There is some seating inside, but not a lot.You can access the bakery from inside the Atrium mall or from Dundas Street West.

Really high quality croissants. Lovely airy honeycomb structure inside, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients used. Their croissants are smaller compared to most. Highly recommend the salted egg yolk flavour.

I usually enjoying coming here for the to go pastries. But I preordered the lunch special and have to say I am disappointed by the portion size. While the soup is quite large and sandwich as expected - the salad was tiny and meal only came with a few of the fries.

The pastries were genuine and had amazing taste (both sweet or sour category). Also, the bevrages were quite good and had a lot of options. There was a single worker behind the counter so everything took a long time, yet the service was very kind. By noon a lot of the pastries were missing, especially from the sweet category. A bit overpriced in my opinion but worth it.

I enjoyed the croissant. I got the taro pudding croissant paired with the white velvet milk tea. Not overly sweet which is great. You’re paying for aesthetics obviously, but still delicious regardless.

Edit: I had the salted egg croissant and I’m increasing it to 4/5. Yes, it’s pricy but certain flavours are absolutely worth it as a treat. This might seem obvious but be sure to have it warm, too. It’s much better that wayOld review:The store smelled amazing. As other reviewers said they're pretty pricey. The croissant I had (caramel pudding) was good, but unfortunately didn't justify the price point for me personally.

Always leave as a satisfied customer. The personnel are always helpful & friendly. They are patient and willingly give feedback when needed. I haven’t tried a lot of the drinks and croissants. With each visit, I always purchase one new item on top of my regular order. It never fails to delight me how naturally tasteful the drinks and croissants are. Both are just perfectly sweet enough but not overly sweet. I am so glad they are located here in Waterloo.
