Aaron came out on a Sunday after our toilet backed up. He gave an assessment before quoting with a number of options, depending on what we found. His initial guess turned out to be spot on and we were able to get our drain running again same day. He gave us a lot of great advice and kept me in the loop through the process. Also spent a while to clean thoroughly after, even wiped down the walls! Appreciate your great work Aaron!

We had low water pressure and the city came and determined that we had a water leak on our side of the property and that we would have to repair it at our cost. Advice: get Service line replacement coverage from your insurance company, unfortunately I didn't have it.I got a few quotes and Mr. Mike's quote stood out from the rest as they guaranteed their price. Most other companies give you a basic quote for one full day of work, and if it takes them longer to do the work, you have to pay by the hour.I had the pleasure to deal with the owner, Mike, directly. Right from the very first call he was professional and cordial and took the time to explain the entire process of how they do the work. He explained about their price guarantee and how they guarantee their work.After agreeing to give the bid to Mr. Mike, they had their crew at my house about two weeks later and completed all the work in 2 days. The crew was very professional and took the time to lay down sheets so that the floors don't get dirty as well as lay our plastic in the furnace room so that when they had to jackhammer the floor, the dust was limited to a certain area only.Unfortunately, about a week after the water line was replaced, I suddenly had low water pressure again. I called Mike and right away he sent a tech to find the problem. After putting a camera in my water line, they discovered that the issue was due to a connector buried underground not being tighten enough in the first place (first time ever they said this happened) but they assured me that they were going to fix it.They connected my water supply to my neighbor's house so that we had water to use while we waited to get the problem fixed. Mike informed me they had now purchased a Hydrovac truck of their own and they would be coming out again to dig up my yard to get down to the connector to replace it. After some time, they came out and fixed the problem. It's been over a month now and I have great water pressure in the house.Without any hesitation I would recommend Mr. Mikes plumbing to anyone. Although we did run into an issue, Mike and his team stepped up, took ownership and fixed the problem for good. He was very responsive throughout the whole ordeal and kept me in the loop throughout the process. I got to know Mike well during this time and now consider him a friend.

I had a dripping copper T-joint that needed to be fixed before it became a big leak. I called Mr. Mike's and was pleased to hear they offer both weekend service and had a plumber available the very next day. Thomas Read was the plumber who responded to the service call - he was very kind and professional, and I felt the quote that he provided was fair for the time and materials spent on the repair. Overall, I would highly recommend Mr. Mike's for future plumbing work, especially if Thomas is on the job!

I highly recommend Mr. Mike’s Plumbing! I called them for a second opinion on a $2,000 estimate to replace a power circuit board on my 7-year-old furnace. Thomas, a friendly and knowledgeable technician, came to my home (on time). He discovered that a fuse wasn’t properly inserted, causing the issue. I didn’t need to spend $2,000…it was not the power circuit board! Thomas was respectful, friendly and took the time to address my concerns as a homeowner. Mr. Mike’s even followed up with a phone call to ensure my satisfaction with the service. Excellent customer service!!! Thank you, Mr. Mike’s and thanks to Thomas for a great job!

Calling Mr. Mike's Plumbing was a referral and I'm very glad I called. I had the pleasure of dealing with Wyatt who was patient with my many questions and left me feeling educated. Downgrading my review as the resolution was only temporary which to be clear is not Mr Mike's issue, but after 2 weeks of waiting for parts I reached to ask what the status is and was told I will waiting another 3+ weeks for parts to arrive to hopefully get hot water running in my house again. I think that it was going to be 5 weeks for parts to arrive, I should have been notified so I could consider other options.Original review: Don @ Mr. Mike's was able to diagnose my water heater issue by finding a burned out flame sensor, while their competitor wanted to replace the computer board. Don also gave us honest and transparent recommendations about our resolving other foundational water heater issues to make it more efficient over the long-term which was appreciated. In closing, service from Mr. Mike's was great and they will be our go to plumber for the foreseeable future.

Tristan was amazing! He came out on a late night call, made sure to go through all the pricing options with me, and was super nice and efficient. Very happy that he was able to fix the issue for me so quickly, and for being so awesome to deal with. Great service, and I’m very grateful there are guys like him willing to put in crazy hours to solve problems like mine.

June 2023,Aaron came today to replace my hot water tanks and drainage plate. He explained everything clear and the cost upfront before replacing anything. I am very pleased with the results.Last May review:Mike was great. Fixed my drain issue and gave all the plumbing/furnace a once over. He even fixed my slow running toilet.I would highly recommend him and Mr. Mike’s again

Aaron was absolutely fantastic. We’ve had the same issue with roots in our drain for the last few months and after using 2 different companies and seeing 3 plumbers, Aaron from Mr. Mike’s plumbing finally diagnosed the problem, and diagnosed it correctly.He was so knowledgeable, extremely thorough and was definitely on the customers side of trying to get the problem solved and solved correctly. I would highly, highly recommend Aaron for any plumbing issues you may have. He’s clearly a very honest, hardworking person and this company is lucky to have him.
