Unfortunately I had no choice in choosing this company(bank chooses). Apparently my 5 bedroom home, 2 bath across the street from an elementary school is worth $4000 less($230,000) than it did 8 years ago ($234,000)when appraised by a different company(one with over 35 years experience). After sticking another $30,000 into exterior work 4 years ago. Three homeshave sold for over $300,000 in the same block over past year. Currently there is one down the street with only 3 bedrooms and is for sale at $242,000. The person doing the inspection was 12 minutes from the time he knocked on the door until he left. Stay far away from this company and choose the company that's been doing it longest in Regina. This company has failed to reach back to my numerous emails, so this is why this review has been written. Hope to save someone else from the same situation.
