Needed extensive repairs to my door and to have a automatic opener installed. Chris and Barbara were great to deal with in order to get the ball rolling and Andrew and Justin did a terrific job on site. Pleasure to deal with all and am more than happy with the end results

If I could give negative stars I would. I am a patient person, I understand the whole supply chain/pandemic issue.The incompetence of the business is astonishing.Paid for installation in full after tornado, months before insurance just so I could get the Install scheduled for February. Pushed back constantly but I always had to initiate contact.Now I feel like Charlie Brown and they are Lucy holding the football!Door came in, July 13th they called to set up installation on an hours notice, I made arrangements to have someone home, they called back shortly to say they had to cancel. Reschedule for July 27th. 10 am I had to email to see when they were coming out, they will be out early afternoon. Guess what, 3pm emailed me to say they had to reschedule. No call back, I had to email again this morning.They have no problem canceling appointments…. So cancel someone else and put my door in or do I get canceled a 3rd time before I get it installed.Unbelievable

We were fortunate enough to win a bid at a silent auction in support of the mental health department at our local hospital for garage door chain drive operator. When I called to arrange installation, we received a prompt call back with quick turn around for an instal. It was within days of me calling! We were also very impressed with the man who came to do the installation. He was prompt and efficient. I am still smiling every time I press the remote to open the door - so much nicer than the lifting and closing I was having to do (ours had been broken for a while). Also so happy to be able to donate to such a worthy cause in our community. Thanks “The Garage Door Store”.

We bought a garage door opener and tried to install it on our own. We did pretty good but needed a little help. One call to GDS Orillia, next day visit to our home and the tech had us running smooth. Fantastic service, really helped us in a friendly and professional way!

We had The Garage Door Store in Orillia install two overhead doors along with electric openers at our new cottage build from the meeting with Chris in sales to the install of our new doors we cant say enough about the experience every thing done exactly as they said and a very neat clean install again Thanks

Great service. Called on Wednesday and came to fix on Friday. Arrived early and got right to work. Very happy to be able to use my garage door again.

The installation of my new garage door opener was smooth, and there was no fuss. Very pleased with the results and now I can open it from my car again !
