The worst in the industry. I was a property manager for 6 year working for other companies and myself and these re the worst I've seen. Super shady business in bad faith. 1 year of service while nothing goes wrong. Something goes wrong at a property and all fees are marked up, even up to 100%. I would much rather go to Blackline Property Management, Atlas or Hoffaco or even Domus. At least none of those companies rob you blind.

They originally didn’t show up for our viewing time, and then when we finally were able to set up another viewing, someone else was chosen and no reason was given as to why. Very poor communication.

When i decided to sell my property in Waterloo I reached out to Chris to see if he could suggest anything that i should do in preparation for the sale. His come back was don't worry about it I will handle it". An initial inspection by him within days indicated what things had to be repaired and replaced then again within days i had painting contractors on site painting the whole house inside

Incredibly poor customer service, unresponsive to any requests. When I moved into the unit there were many damaged walls, missing doors and chairs which took over a month to fix and replace. No key fob was provided for access to the building and management fails to acknowledge any inquiries that are made. Do not rent with this company, the worst customer service I have experienced.

Protocols in place. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. I was able to come in right away and discuss my questions immediately. Great place.

Our company, CJ Brubacher Ltd., works on Latitude Properties' residential and commercial buildings on a regular basis. From being dispatched to arriving onsite, their staff are professional and their buildings are well-maintained.We've had a lot of great feedback from their tenants and customers that their issues are always taken care of promptly and resolved with the utmost professionalism.

If there was a way to give 0 stars I would. A mistake was made which caused my wife and I to lose a place that was promised to us. I'm not upset that they made a mistake - it happens. However something that was advertised to us was not actually included in the rental property which was a fairly serious deal breaker for us.Because we had been guaranteed a unit, we turned down another apartment which has since sold.My wife and I made numerous (5) suggestions which would have remedied the problem and instead of offering any solutions this company was completely unwilling to work with us.Sadly, I would highly suggest not doing business with latitude properties limited. The customer service was incredibly poor. I would leave a 0 star review if Google would let me.Ryan O'Hagan

Trying to rent from this company was an absolute nightmare and you would be best advised to save your time an not bother. Email responses frequently took a week and phone calls during their open" hours were never once answered.When I did go to view the property
